Jennifer was an amazing customer service rep. She assisted me in all my tile needs. She also was not afraid to tell me if my design idea wasn't good or if it clashed with the overall look of the room.
Pro:
- tile selection (colors/patterns/sizes) they had it all
- customer service
- location and parking
- love that they open early
- work with the local contractors (quick in and out appointment)
Con:
- none at this time, but I also haven't gotten my quote yet! (Will update once my bathroom renovation is finished)”

“Sterling had several carpet samples ready when we got there and explained properties of each so that we knew the difference in quality. The installers were on time, very polite, and were careful in moving furniture and flooring. When they left after 8 hrs, the house was spotless. They even vacuumed the rooms. I would use this company again if I needed more flooring.”
