I came in with absolutely no knowledge of carpet/flooring. I was immediately put at ease walking in the door. Angelina and Amber were very welcoming and helpful navigating me with this process.

Great customer service on front side of order. After paying had to request deliver timeline multiple times. Even after arrival had to reach out to store for final receipt of purchase for over 6k purchase.
