“I haven't shopped at Big Lots much, but the few times I've been there was for specific items. I was very pleased and satisfied with their prices and the quality of their products. I actually went to Big Lots this visit to purchase some kitchen wares and utensils for my sister, who had bought several poor quality household goods and kitchen ware from Temu. I wanted to purchase and ship her a few things to her so she could see the difference in quality. I was very saddened and disappointed to learn of the closing of the Big Lots stores. I will truly miss their deals and bargains.”

Really good to have that set aside in a different section of the store rather than having things thrown together like other locations.”

“I was in a hurry to buy ink to print out my sermon and bought the wrong cartridge. Trying to exchange it, I learned that once it is opened it cannot be returned. Since I counted my last coins for this purchase, I waited over an hour for assistance from a company coach who had authority over the associates. While standing and waiting so long , I started feeling sick due to arthritis pain. Finally I was able to get satisfaction from Coach Terry. I prayed for God’s favor from man and he immediately answered my prayer. Kudos to associate Michelle and Candice for advocating my case when I was losing strength. Thank you to all”

“I had the opportunity to receive the best customer service ever from the Walmart Auto Center on Skibo Road. Jeremy was courteous and took the time to show me and explain the state of my tires during my rotation. Even when I had questions, everyone in the bay was willing to assist. I watched them provide the same courtesy to the other customers as well.
I really hope that these guys continue doing what they do. This crew lead by Jeremy is on top of things. ????????”

The line is always long with a terrible wait time, so come knowing you need extra time to stand. Don't get caught in the impulse buying while standing there a while, smart marketing, terrible for budget planning.”
“Grrrrrrreat!!! I went to have my regular oil change. My first time there, the service was a little longer than I was use to "But" I just looked at it as if the service person was doing more than usual on parts being checked. I did meet the service man that did my oil change, he was very social, professional and polite ??. Thank you sir!!! I appreciate you and your work!!! O' I don't want to forget... the price was extremely reasonable. So, with all of this being said, I'll probably be going back for all of my oil changes or car services that the Fayetteville NC Super Center Walmart does ?. A pleased customer ?.”

“Such a great experience. We ended up going at the last minute. I was looking for one particular thing. I never saw crystals ..real geodes at the store. The pink amethyst had a price on it and one of the workers told me the price. I didn’t remember it. Ms. Terry asked what was going and told us not to worry about it and that she would figure it out. She took her time. There was no rush. When she came back she gave us an even better deal because of the troubles. She is such a kind and sweet lady. I’ll make sure to ask for her every time i shop there. Actually the best HomeGoods experience I’ve ever had. The cashier was also very nice and kind. I wish I could remember her name. Thank you so much ?”
