Firestone Complete Auto Care in Fayetteville, NC is a one-stop shop for vehicle needs, from standard maintenance to tires and repairs. The service team is super helpful, patient, and generally able to resolve most automotive problems. Customers report excellent and polite service, with efficient work completed quickly. The business is noted for taking care of customers and their cars, performing thorough checks and even redoing services at no cost when needed, which builds loyal, lifelong customers. However, multiple reviews state that the cost is astronomically beyond fair, on the expensive side, and beyond reasonable pricing, despite the reliable and comprehensive service offered for every make and model.
