The FTCC Bookstore provides an outstanding experience with excellent and polite customer service from friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff and associates. The store is clean, very organized, and easy to navigate with well-marked sections. The selection is extensive and diverse, carrying a wide array of books, course materials, and FTCC-branded merchandise. They are committed to affordability, offering new and used books, rentals, and a buyback program. The process is designed for efficiency with a helpful card system to speed up service, and while lines can be long on busy days, assistance at the front is very quick. Their online ordering system is convenient, user-friendly, and fast for pick-up. Staff are adept at helping students navigate processes like VA purchase orders. However, prices are typically inflated and they do not carry Apple products, which can be an inconvenience for some students. Overall, it is a valuable one-stop shop and a great resource for the college community.

I mean the prices are typically inflated, but the sales people are very polite and have helped me decode the VA purchase order process between them, the VSO upstairs and my Chapter 31 counselor.Really wish they carried Apple products, since I've had to jump through hoops trying to get a MacBook for my compsci classes.

Excellent customer service. The store was clean and organized. I had problems getting my supplies. The associates figured it out. Great experience.
