Although it was frustrating to wait for the spark plugs to be delivered after 2 and half hours, the customer service was still appreciated. I will say my tires were not rotated as requested and I was charged. Even with the wait, some service was still ignored. Not intentionally I'm sure. Other than that, it worked out.

I've been to many jiffy lubes this one is definitely the first one I've ever been to. Not only do they provide quality service they give good customer service.
