“Although it was frustrating to wait for the spark plugs to be delivered after 2 and half hours, the customer service was still appreciated. I will say my tires were not rotated as requested and I was charged. Even with the wait, some service was still ignored. Not intentionally I'm sure. Other than that, it worked out.”

“Brad is amazing. As someone new to the Fayetteville area, this shop came highly recommended to me by a local friend when I expressed concerns about an issue with my car. When I visited their shop, Brad was kind, informative, and honest, and upon inspection he informed me of a separate, more pressing safety issue with my car that he advised I tend to first (that I was initially unaware of), to which I was immensely grateful. If anyone new to the Fayetteville area is in need of a great auto shop with quality service and genuine staff who look out for their customers' best interests, I cannot recommend Brad and his team enough.”

“My husband and I have been going to Bob Miarers for years now and we have 2013 and 2017 vehicles. I dont and wouldn't trust anyone else with our cars because I have dealt with other big-name shops, which will remain unnamed, and they tried to charge me 5 times the price, not even knowing the problem. THAT unnamed shop wanted a blank check and go into my vehicle on a discovery journey and rack up the hours, not even knowing the issue, they wanted to charge me 3 hrs, upfront, they still call and text me asking to do that repair. Frustrated, I took my car to bob and he knew exactly what the issue could be off hand.
He has always worked with us and has never price gouge us at any point. He will recommend what is needed and gets is done very quickly. I am so grateful that I found a shop that we can trust and not get ripped off unnecessarily.
I have also had a tow truck driver recommend Bob Miarer, which affirms my choice and trust in this shop.
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU CARe ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE, especially if you have kids. We have been stationed here for 5 years, and the locals always suggest this shop.”
“I had my vehicle serviced here and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I called to schedule the appointment and it was easy to do and they got me in exactly when I asked. I then dropped it off, and the lady at the desk was super kind. While waiting on the oil change and state inspection, I left to run errands and got a video from the shop of what they saw on the car and what they were doing, I then got a call for up sales, and they didn't hassle a bit for them. Then, a short time later i got a call that it was completed and I went to go pick it up.
When I arrived the ladies behind the desk rang me up, went over the paperwork and what was completed, and the car was sitting out front, all work completed.
I usually dread taking my vehicles to dealerships, especially for general maintenance, but this place was wonderful, and I will definitely be going back again!”
