“Service workers were really nice. Explained everything clearly. It’s just my receipt said they filled my washer fluid but they didn’t. If it’s included in the service that I paid for then I feel cheated. If it’s a courtesy , then that’s cool but it shouldn’t be on the receipt.”

If you want to show up get your work done and know that you don't have to double check things afterwards, Steve and his crew are the folks to go to. Had a complicated power steering pump replacement with hydroboost on a late model Chevy Astro. They knocked it out quickly and professionally.”

“Although it was frustrating to wait for the spark plugs to be delivered after 2 and half hours, the customer service was still appreciated. I will say my tires were not rotated as requested and I was charged. Even with the wait, some service was still ignored. Not intentionally I'm sure. Other than that, it worked out.”

“This is probably the best auto service I’ve been to. I just PCS’ed here at Fort Bragg and had some car issues. Not only did they replace my wheels but also helped to drop off my car to the dealership down the road for further service during my busy schedule without any EXTRAAA charge. What an amazing team!!! Highly recommended.”

“Brought in my car for a suspension noise and it would actually be a second opinion after the first place couldn't find anything broken or loose.
They found the issue, loose sway bar links, they tightened it up and no more noise.
Cost me $47 for them to find the problem and fix it VS the first place not finding the problem and recommending I just change the strut, CV axle, and control arm for $1,859”

“Brad is amazing. As someone new to the Fayetteville area, this shop came highly recommended to me by a local friend when I expressed concerns about an issue with my car. When I visited their shop, Brad was kind, informative, and honest, and upon inspection he informed me of a separate, more pressing safety issue with my car that he advised I tend to first (that I was initially unaware of), to which I was immensely grateful. If anyone new to the Fayetteville area is in need of a great auto shop with quality service and genuine staff who look out for their customers' best interests, I cannot recommend Brad and his team enough.”

“I don’t usually review Walmart stores but had an amazing experience here. My tire had a puncture and I ended up stopping by about 45 minutes before they closed. They fix me in and fixed my tire. The mechanics were super nice and did a great job with my tire.”

Set up an appointment for another day, was done in roughly 30min staff is okay. Cost is quite reasonable. Will definitely return”
