I’m not interested in their foods. The service sucks. The workers at night have ZERO customer service skills but, they do know how to gossip and move slow. Very frustrated at the attitudes of these woke women. Disgusting display of work ethics. No sense of order or a sense of urgency. How do you look right past customers who just want their order given to them. Not with bad attitude either like people owe them something. DoorDashers should avoid this place.

Everytime I order on the app your drive thru is closed. The purpose of picking drive thru on the app is to go to the window. You have it blocked off with cones. I don't understand.

So, I've been coming in Sheetz on Ramsey now for a while know ad more frequently being a Door Dasher. I wanna say that this is by far some of the friendliest, hard working and awesome group of staff here and give a BIG THANK YOU to Stella, Quinn and Max for always giving exceptional customer service and helping to make my side hustle quick and easy! One of my favorite Sheetz stores, Customer service is always great here and the food is good as well. I do have one complaint I just watched a lady go in twice and steal beer I called the store and the employee said that they get in trouble for saying something to them about stealing their merchandise. The other store on raeford road has a full time security guard why not have one here too? Anyway thanks Sheetz for giving the local crack heads a safe places to steal from!

Usually this store is great. But if the tall dude is workin the window, you can count on not gettin stuff in your order. I dont know if he slow speed or can't read or somethin but every single time the tall dude workin, check your bag, guarantee he forgot or didn't know to put what you ordered in ya bag. Would be a 5 but that tall dude move about as fast as pond water so it's a 2. Everyone else great tho!

I ordered from here probably 3-4 times a week. Very rarely do they get my order messed up, but today they just rushed through the order and I was missing items. I tried to call the store and could not get anyone to answer the phone. The at the time had a staff of at least 5 employees that I saw while in the store. The inability to answer phone with that many employees is yhe reason for 3 stars.

Gas is generally less expensive than other stations, especially if you have a Sheetz loyalty card. The store is generally clean, well-organized, and well- lit. Even the gas pump area is reasonably clean and free of trash and debris near the pumps. Employees greet customers as they enter the store, and are friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things about Sheetz!

The food is good but I paid 8.00 for two curly fries and barely got a whole fry mostly end pieces from the bottom of the bag.

I've been a customer for over 4 years. They sell gas, food, beverages, and a variety of other items. The hosts are very nice. Their gas prices are the best in town.

Sheetz gas stations are pre charging your cards $120 - $140 at the gas pump until the amount you really got clears the bank, so it shows pending to your account. Called the Ramsey St store and corporate office and they both said YES that's an agreement they have with the banks, that once they get their money they remove the pending charge of $120 - $140 off your account!? so if you don't have enough to cover it all in your account and it causes overdraft fees then ?♀️ oh well. So for us we will no longer be getting gas at any Sheetz!?

Figure me this out…. imagine pulling up to a 24 hour, fast food, restaurant, next to a hookah lounge and waiting in the drive-through for 50 mins just for some mozzarella sticks, and an order of sliders. How do you have two staff members working on a Friday night knowing there’s a hookah lounge next-door? Make it make sense…After getting the attention of one of the employees, through use of the horn, she asked could she help us.. like help us? No one came to the window for us to pay for our order yet we waited for an hour to be asking someone help us. Like what? Completely unprofessional and unsatisfactory for an establishment in this particular location. Perhaps the Raeford Road Sheetz would’ve been better smh. Never again.

Purchased 3 $50 gift cards before Christmas as stocking stuffers. 1 $50 gift card failed 2 attempts to use it-each time employees gave instructions to contact corporate. A review of the receipt didn't show the card number for gift card. A trip back to the store with the suggestion to management to review the sales transaction video footage determined the cashier switched 1 of the gift cards with a blank card and pocketed it.

Sheetz Gas stations are the best! Between the different selections of fuel and cheap fuel prices! The WI-FI here is an incredible option to have! And this particular location is incredible and downright immaculate. The only employee I've ever personally interacted with was Chris.He is a younger fellow probably between 25&30 years old. And he is always very personable, professional, courteous and kind. 10/10 would recommend.
