I was concerned when a corporate entity bought out this local Ed’s Tire company, and when the longtime and super manager “Rock” retired. My experience with the newly changed ownership Ed’s calmed my fears and convinced me to continue to allow them to serve our auto repair needs, which zi’ve used since 1994! Unfortunately the repairs required they were unable to take care of but they gave me recommendation and didn't charge me for the fee to test for the problem. The were great at trying to solve the problem. I highly recommend taking your care for service there. The were very honest and willing to figure the problem out for you.”

“I came to this place last minute when I found out I had a flat tire. I called them first and they told me they would call me back when they checked if they had the tire I needed at their warehouse. I’m used to companies not calling me back but they did and were having it delivered same day to their shop for me. It took a couple hours for it to be delivered and I had my car towed there. I was there for maybe less than an hour they got my car in as quickly as possible and changed my tire very quick. While I waited I talked to the guy up front and learned a lot about this place. It’s family owned run by a father and his two sons. I’m a big talker and he continued to have conversation with me and didn’t have me feel like I was annoying him. My husband and I are new to the area and we’ve always wanted to find a local auto shop that doesn’t try to sell you on things you don’t need and take your money. This place is exactly that! Not once did they try to sell me other things my car didn’t needed, all they did was change my tire like I requested. I highly recommend coming here! I will be returning with my other car as well!”

“Phenomal customer service and fast service. Went in today for two new tires (mounting and balancing) and had one of the old (still plenty of tread) mounted on spare. Also got wiper blades and new lug nuts. They even balanced the front tires again (though not purchased today) for free, completely eliminating some vibration that I was having that the ram dealer said was due to steering damper and tie rod (this was definitely not the case)... Thanks again guys.”
