“I came in for an emergency flat tire. I am not from the area and unfortunately was unable to leave the vehicle to get the tire next day. Christian and JR understood the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. They did all this knowing I was not going to be purchasing or paying for anything. This is true customer service, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. I would give 10 stars if possible.”

When it came down to the appointment, I arrived 10 min early, and a phone call came in. She was on the phone nonstop for 15 min…
I understand that computers are slow, and there are lingering customers on phone - but take care of those in FRONT of you - especially when there’s an appointment to be met (and checked me in late). Or ask for help from the back, or ask the customer on the phone to wait… but this serves a learning lesson to please apply common sense and courtesy for in-person paying customers.
Also, please don’t quote and under deliver. Letting someone know “about 20 min” to an hour is a vast difference. I can understand a grace period of 10-15min over, but an hour?! I might as well bring my lunch next time.
I do appreciate honoring the military, so I will give them another opportunity.”
“The oil change was timely and well done from what I can tell. They also rotated my tires and adjusted the air pressure in all my tires to the prescribed levels for my vehicle. Well done BTS! I’ll be returning again.”
“Manager Christina is awesome! She treats everyone equally awesome, listens to your concerns and your vehicle’s problems, and works a solution expeditiously. Mechanic Tony, my longtime favorite and superior craftsman who can fix anything, is equally awesome. I was concerned when a corporate entity bought out this local Ed’s Tire company, and when the longtime and super manager “Rock” retired. My experience with the newly changed ownership Ed’s calmed my fears and convinced me to continue to allow them to serve our auto repair needs, which zi’ve used since 1994! Thank you all for helping me late last Friday afternoon!??”

Unfortunately the repairs required they were unable to take care of but they gave me recommendation and didn't charge me for the fee to test for the problem. Couldn't find the code I had described as my check engine light was off and waved the service fee. Will be coming back for future service.

“Dee and Tye were amazing. The shop was understaffed but they got the job done. It closes at 7 but they stayed until work was completed. We hit a pothole leaving from sams club by the hook and reel. I called multiple other shops but they were busy. However, we received an appointment here within minutes, for 20 minutes later. The line was long but worth the wait. Dee told us it would be a while but she got all the work done with the help of Tye(who was already off for the day). These are the type of people that show you humanity still exists. They need raises.”
“I did the online pre approval not that it’s much needed but wanted to see the set up and get overall cost price.
Got time to go see what they have look at shipping times and everything and the staff was super friendly and took care of me right away. They showed me what they got and even test fitted everything before running numbers or committing.

“We were returning to winston-salem after picking my grandson up from Fayetville State University. We were riding through the storm and hit something, and the front driver side tire blew out, and all my daughter had was a doughnut tire. We called for roadside assistance, and after the emergency tire was put on, we called to find another tire for the car. Each shop didn't sell used tires, but the website said they did. Someone recommended Bragg, and I'm glad they did since we were over 2 hrs away from home. He sells new and used tires. He came out and checked the tire size, went, and got the correct size and put it on. He said he had tires of all sizes. If I was ever in Fayetville and needed a tire, that's where I would go.

I recently went in for a tire rotation and not only was I in and out in about 20 mins, but it was also less expensive than the quote I received over the phone. I'd also highly recommend bringing your friendly dog because it made their day!”
