Christian and JR understood the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. They did all this knowing I was not going to be purchasing or paying for anything. This is true customer service, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. I would give 10 stars if possible.”

They found the issue, loose sway bar links, they tightened it up and no more noise. Cost me $47 for them to find the problem and fix it VS the first place not finding the problem and recommending I just change the strut, CV axle, and control arm for $1,859”

We were riding through the storm and hit something, and the front driver side tire blew out, and all my daughter had was a doughnut tire. We called for roadside assistance, and after the emergency tire was put on, we called to find another tire for the car. Each shop didn't sell used tires, but the website said they did. Someone recommended Bragg, and I'm glad they did since we were over 2 hrs away from home. He sells new and used tires. He came out and checked the tire size, went, and got the correct size and put it on. He said he had tires of all sizes. If I was ever in Fayetville and needed a tire, that's where I would go. .”

“On Saturday at 4pm. We were traveling through Fayetteville from West Virginia and we had a leak in the valve stem. Since we had 3 piece racing wheels that are very expensive, no tire store in Fayetteville would touch the wheels due to mobility reasons. After calling 7 tire and wheel shops we reached Rimtyme and although they also didn’t want to work on the wheels, they understood our situation and welcomed us, took care of the valve stem and got us back on the road. If not for them, we would’ve been stuck for a few days! Thank you so much for not only a great job, but also for caring enough to understand our situation and getting us back on the road!!”
