“U haul directions and lock box were not vibing. The location was NOT where the directions sent us. UHaul really needs to do an update. We called Bragg Blvd Uhaul, the representative that answered the phone tracked the key and led us to the location, she was so helpful. I wish I remembered her name to give her a public shout out!”

“They helped out when a different uhaul dealer mistakenly said they had an auto transport trailer but didn't. They started my process 15min before closing on a Saturday night. Also, there was a mistake that billed me for 2 days and after a 5 minute phone call they resolved it. Very helpful and honest.”
“From the time I made the reservation to the time of pickup, everything went very well. Kevin, the representative for Budget on Raeford rd;expedited the process in a timely manner. I had an injury the same day while moving my belongings into storage and in turn I was unable to drive the truck back to the same location. Kevin and I kept in contact regarding my injury status and didn't put any pressure on me whatsoever. The only negative aspect of the situation, was the $900+ charge from Budget HQ. They charged me for the 2 weeks I had the truck but was able to refund 13 days of the cost. My experience was great so I hope others have the same.”
“Easiest moving experience I've ever had. I was able to get in grab a truck, move things across town, and drop it back off all in one day.Although I've had a fair amount of experience, I greatly appreciate that they still walked me through the process of annotating the mileage, state of the truck, how to get the best gas mileage, and some tips and tricks. Things I actually wished I would have know the first time I had to use a U-Haul many years ago, so major props to this place.They did not have the furniture lift originally requested, but did give us a discount to make up for the fact we'd otherwise have to go grab one elsewhere that, in our case, more than made up for it. Everything worked out great. Thanks!”

“I want to preface this with I had a reservation at another location and 20 minutes before pick up they called me to tell me they didn’t have the equipment and refused to help me locate the truck I needed. I called 4 other dealers in the area, either to have no one answer or to be told they can’t help. I called this location while I was on hold with the uhaul main line. And this locations representative after telling me he didn’t have the equipment, told me if I wanted he would find me what I needed and call me. Not even 3 minutes later he called me back and told me he found a truck, he made the reservation for me while I was on the phone with him and told me if there were any issues to call him back and he would look for another one. This was the best customer service I have experienced in a long while. I would highly recommend this location for doing Uhual business.”
