They were friendly but if you are anticipating on keeping a strict schedule, then probably pick another location. I waited almost 30 minutes before getting customer service. I ended up almost losing my mover and ended up having to pay my mover extra because I went over on my time because of the delay.

I had a tow dolly one way had to drop off at this location the lady was rude not nice at all felt like I shouldn't even be there I wanted to take the trailer and drop it off somewhere else I never was so ready to leave a place I'll never drop off or rent from these people again
