With freezing temperatures outside, he was willing to install my battery and give me a core charge on the old battery. Store had a great selection. Friendly staff and overall appearance inside the store was very clean. After the battery install Justin made sure everything was operational after with the new battery. “I accidentally left the coolant reservoir cap off in Rutherfordton, and by the time I got to the airport, she was steaming pretty good. I called O'Reilly and Mark had a new cap and a jug of coolant waiting for me when I arrived. Mark was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this location. Thanks.”
