“I brought my 2013 Nissan Juke to Joe with a metallic grinding sound upon acceleration. Based on common issues with this make/model, I feared the worst (need a new tranny), but after inspection, Joe called me and said it was just a loose heat shield. When I got to the shop to pick up the car, I tried to pay, but Joe said don't worry about it! I obviously tried again, but he insisted no charge...and he fixed the loose heat shield!
