I was Made to feel welcome. Prompt and asked good questions to ensure they knew what I wanted. And made reasonable suggestions for other options. Explained work done and tried to make sure if I had any questions or other concerns that they were made known. And got my sunroof working! Yeah! Overall, a very positive experience.
