“Looking for an ornament and I didn't need the smart reply from the shop worker. Yes, I get the 2025 Biltmore ornaments are sold out and yes I see you're selling to 2026 ones but that is mot want I want. Why would I buy a 2026 ornament in December of 2025. She replied well, because no one wants to buy a 2025 in January and they (meaning the sales dept) took the sells from 2024 and decided they shouldn't make as many. That makes absolutely no dang sense, because why would a company take sales from a year that a natural disaster happened and project for the next year. That's just bad business. Pissed that we traveled all this way for our anniversary just to see a 2026 Biltmore ornaments for sale. ?♀️?♀️?♀️ Good thing, I am a handy lady and i will make my own special Biltmore anniversary ornament. Biltmore sales, do better.”

“Visited here to get a souvenir after visiting the Biltmore. I found a really nice Christmas ornament to hang on the tree. Staff was friendly and helpful, they even game me a 30% discount on the item when I had no idea a sale was going on. Would recommend stopping by to pick up some nice souvenirs after your visit to Biltmore.”
“I have been “window shopping” in this store many times and have always been greeted and had my questions answered. I’ve never been made to feel unworthy even though I wasn’t buying anything. Many years ago I bought a nice pillow here and while owning it I washed the insert against the advice of the directions. My washer destroyed it. I happened to mention it while in this shop on one of my visits and the lady gave me an insert to replace it with no questions asked. I was not even thinking about her giving me a replacement. I was the one that did not follow the directions yet she did. Today, I stopped in to buy a nice set of sheets. Again, I was greeted with kindness and had all my questions answered thoroughly. I bought a nice, well-made set of sheets and had an excellent experience. I do not believe all the negative reviews are deserved. I think YOU need to give this small business a chance to earn your business. I truly believe you will find a great place to buy exquisite linens, luxurious pajamas and interesting gifts. I believe with all my heart that if I have a problem with my purchase this shop owner will take care of me. You won’t get that kind of service at a department store. Small businesses matter and we need them in our communities.”

“A really reasonably priced gift shop at a brewery with SO much merch- shirts, clothes, beer signs, beer mats, beer, etc! I got a unisex large shirt and I will say I think its not a traditional large. All the clothing items were very cute. Service was great here as well.”
