Matt from Tri-City Tires was especially great to work with! He was extremely kind and helpful when picking out our custom carport. The Eagle Carports crew was professional and did a great job; we had messed up the leveling on the carport site and they worked with us to avoid a restocking fee by leaving the parts at our place, giving us an extra day to level our site out, and came back to get the job done. 10/10 recommend”

“Hi-tech has been my go to since it accommodates my payment methods, but since going I’ve been treated as a valued customer. They have gone out of their way to look for ‘squeeking’ sounds or whatever problems I have without charge sometimes. I’m always greeted by my first name and remembered. They are very polite and accommodating to my schedule. They also call/text me with updates so I always know what’s going on with bigger jobs. I do hate that there is always something wrong with my car, but that’s not their fault. lol. “We were on our way home from TN and ran over an unknown object. We pulled into a gas station to find our tire was going flat. 4 gentleman from Simmons tire saw that we had an issue and jumped in to help. I can not thank them enough. They were kind and willing to do whatever it was to get us back on the road. They made small talk with our 2 sons about sports durning this time and refused to take any money from us as a thank you. I do not know their names but God does! What a blessing these men were today! Thank you again!”
“They are the nicest people.My SUV could not be fixed. He checked everything possible. Kept in contact with me over it. I decided to voluntarily surrender it back to the finance company. Too much was wrong. He allowed me to come clean it out & He also towed it there for me. He had also towed it from the mechanic shop I originally had it at. All together my bill was less than $200”
“I took my 2017 Ram yesterday to McKinney Radiator in Forest City. My heat was not working and if you own a Ram you know…They were not happy about me insisting I stay (because we don’t live in the area) while they did the work because they don’t have a waiting area, so I stayed in my truck and read a book while he worked. It took maybe an hour and a half which I expected. Phillip was great! Polite, through and would not let me leave until I had hot air blowing. Folks if you are having the same problem with your heat, I totally recommend McKinney Radiator in Forest City! Thank you Phillip (my new best friend)!”

“LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! I don’t go anywhere else. Customer service is so great, the environment is very relaxed and comfortable. They don’t try and force you to purchase things or find random things you need fixed and push you to do. They are very honest about if they can or can’t fix something. If they can’t fix something, instead of doing it knowing they can’t, they won’t and they will let you know that. If they are fixing your car and they aren’t sure that it’s actually going to fix the problem they will be honest. They are really good people. Have been here for breaks, oil changes and car issues and they have never let me down! Very nice people! Offer same day service too depending on what it is you need. I will ALWAYS recommend this place to people! Also their prices are really good too. I’ve never got a price that I felt was just too much.”

“I came here with a buddy who was having his truck fixed. He needed me to drive one of his vehicles back to his house for him, I didn't know where exactly we were going when he asked if I could help him out he just said from the shop. As we pulled up, I had all kinds of memories from my childhood popping up! I had totally forgotten all about this lil place. It's down a side street, off by itself! My pawpaw and my Dad used to bring any starters they needed fixed here! Butch the guy that runs and I believe, owns the place is an amazing mechanic and a great person! This place is awesome!”
“They did a great job on my mustang. Strong winds blew my motorcycle over and it fell onto my car putting an ugly dent on the fender. I took it in to a collision center and was given a quote of $800. I ran it over to Mike at Carolina Fix-A-Dent and they made it look like new for $200.”

“It's been awhile since I've been to them when I went the amount I was charged was reasonable for what I needed it is conveniently located in Forest City on what is known as hammertown road it actually takes up several buildings.
Again it's been awhile since I've been there but when I went I was treated with dignity and respect I knew what the problem was and they confirmed it they didn't make up any cow manure and they repaired it perfectly. #Mechanics #nc”
