“Warren is excellent to deal with. Reasonable price and he is honest and upfront about what your car needs. I was told by other mechanics that my car needed a major engine repair. Warren tested it and diagnosed the true problem which was much less expensive.”

“We had purchased a 40 foot travel trailer and a used 1999 f 250 to pull the camper. We called several shops and they all quoted me around $5000. To rebuild my transmission. Finally called Brian and the guys at his shop. Told them we had to move a camper and needed the truck fixed as soon as possible. They quoted me around $4500. And said they could have it in about 2 weeks. They did the rebuild and had it done when they told me. I will always take any more trans that need rebuilt to these guys.”

“10/10 customer service. I thank God for Marc, he was super helpful, kind and patient with us the entire process of getting the car together. During the early part of my trip to NC my husband’s car got messed up and we weren’t able to drive it for the week. Once that issue was resolved, I picked up the car and was about to head home (which was a 10hr drive). I called the shop and Marc told me to bring the car back even after they were technically closed for the day so they could take another look at it. He accommodated and clearly explained that I wouldn’t have even made it out of NC with the engine overheating. After taking another look the water pump and some belts were causing the issue. He quickly started ordering all the parts that same day so that it wouldn’t delay us another day and everything would be ready for him to work on the car the next day. Also my family and I were stuck at the shop because we got a ride from a friend. Marc connected us to Mr. Boopie who drove us back to where we were staying. Marc was even kind enough to let my kids and I wait inside the store with him temporarily while we waited for our ride. All in all, Marc is what made this experience a good one despite our car breaking down. I truly appreciate his professionalism, kindness, patience and that he went above and beyond to help serve us. He is a great dude! The kindness that he showed me i’ve never gotten from another mechanic or auto shop. If you’re in Rutherfordton, NC PLEASE go to Cowan Tire you won’t be disappointed.”
