“We don't usually do banking inside but I had a problem with Verizon double charging 2 ACCTS! I came into this local branch to see if I could get some help with it since it was almost $300!! Met a young lady who came out from behind the counter who asked what the problem was and was very sweet & understanding ,said for me to watch my acct for the refund and if any problems to call her and she would take care of it. This was the 2nd time we ever had a problem and they were very good to say they would help out. Been a customer for many years before moving here so I like that they treat you great when your new coming in. Over all it worked out fine, I did call the bank to talk to her and ended up talking to someone else who was very nice. I like wells Fargo over other banks I've tried in the past.”

She was extremely knowledgeable about different products to meet our financial needs and assisted in the transfer of funds.
