“This is not one of the biggest national banks, but they do have quite of few branches strewn out across a few states between here and Missouri. It used to be First National of Shelby. FNofS was a small town always knew their customers names kinda place. They kept the same people in place, and that has not changed. It is a full service bank with loan officers on site and also has safety deposit boxes.”
“My husband and I needed a home equity line of credit. Mr. Bradley at Fidelity Bank in Shelby NC helped us through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Always willing to answer all of our questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend him.”

“Very pleased with my experience today especially with me having my baby and multiple questions. Wade was amazing he explained all the benefits of plan and explained how the check thing works with it being so much. Then Melissa I believe who helped at the front counter AMAZING from start to finish she treated me respectfully. You don't normally get that when it gets busy. My situation was very complicated and needed manager to look over it everything with both Melissa and Wade and she was very quick at answering all the questions. I left the bank today having a better look at my financials and benefits on debit cards!
If you're debating on banking with PNC do it and ask for Wade or Melissa both are amazing!”

“I have been a customer since 1987 and have visited branches all over the nation. I have never had a bad encounter and hope it stays this way. The teller in the Shelby location don't know his name but I think he's the only dude teller. He is nothing but nice and professional and I have dealt with him a few times and he is spot on and knows what he's doing. In person branches are getting harder to come by so it's nice when you do go in and the staff is pleasant. I also like the fact there isn't a glass wall between us during the transaction. I didn't care for that at the Westinghouse location that ultimately closed.”
