Brittany and Shelby go above and beyond. I run a busy business and my 12.9inch iPad Pro black screened. Forest City was the only store in the area that even had this size iPad in stock. Turns out nothing was wrong with mine. It just needed a soft reset thanks to Shelby for making this happen. Decided to get the new one anyway and traded in one of my other smaller iPads for the 12.9inch, new Beats Fit Pro, new phone case and other items. I would have bought the screen protector, and new case if they had them in stock. I was very happy with the limited wait time, customer service and knowledge as I had many questions. Greatly appreciated and will be back next fall for the new iPhone 16 roll out.

Alexis and Morgan are so helpful and make you feel like family. They explained everything and answered all questions I had. They didn't hurry through things like most sales people do. But, they are very professional at the same time. It was a excellent experience for me. I will come to them for anything I need.

Plan on hours being there, it's always been this way. That's why I if possible order my stuff and phones by calling Verizon and sip to me. we have 9 lines.

The customer service my wife and I received today is hard to come by these days. Brittany and Shawn have gone above and beyond to make sure we werei taken care of. Brittany and Shawn both spent time researching and correcting an issue I had. I can not thank them enough for what they have done to correct the issue. I would like to say even if the resolutions would not have been in my favor I still would be writing this review due to how wonderful the customer service was. Thanks and we look forward to many more years of pleasant encounters.

They're nice here i would give 5 stars but when the guy helping me offered to put on my new screen protector he didn't do a good job. There was finger prints all over it and a hair left under screen. Had to peel it off and Thankfully it had a warranty on it and was able to replace it just had to pay for shipping.

Customer Service Representative 'Kat" is just fabulous. She helped not only with long phone data transfers but with special quirks learned from her experience to increase cellphone performance. Her manner of social interaction and knowledge are commendable. Kat is a valuable employee deserving of management's reward for not only the service but the teaching she provided.

Worst customer service they did not disclose nothing to me I was told of a 400 dollar bill and received a 700 dollar bill and after speaking to 4 Verizon representatives I was told to just return my devices and go to another carrier. Worst experience I've ever had I want to give no stars they deserve a zero ... be careful when you do business here

Nick was absolutely amazing. I had some issues with my account and he went above and beyond to make sure all my problems were solved. Even went over a bunch of purchasing options to make sure I was getting the best deal possible for my new phone. Been a long time customer of Verizon and employees like Nick are why I intend to continue using them for the foreseeable future.

You can not call or talk to the store. Verizon customer sevice se so bad . If there was a net work that i cold use i be gone . Living in a ruls are is some what a pain but .worth it
