“I was in town for work with my '99 F-550 7.3 and was having a slow crank that would at times show itself with very long (multiple, 10 second tries) and at other times just a 3 second slow crank. Even once, it clicked but would not crank at all.The owner saw me first thing in the morning to get me a diagnostic since it's my work truck - even though he was booked. After hooking me up, looking at data, starting, etc., he looked at me and said, "Definitely a starter.".Since I could replace the starter myself, he said,"No worries...happy to help."....amazing!And, he was right.Even though i had put a remanufactured starter from Autozone AND a Ford OEM starter in within the past year, I purchased a new - not remanufactured starter - and it quickly cranked right up!I had taken it to two other mechanics trying to diagnose what I thought was a slow crank...and both said that nothing was wrong, but did replace other things...”

“Five stars is the understatement Shane and truck number 13 with above and beyond to help me out in a bad situation I was broken down with a flat tire on beside of the highway I called Nathan towing the only half the competition price but the lady on the phone said half hour in 2 minutes Shane had called me and told me he was on his way he needed to get ready he be there in 20 minutes he was there in less than the time he told me he would be as soon as he pulled up he instantly turned my son's horrible time into the best time of his life my son is six by the way he made sure that my son got in the truck and what's safe in there got the car loaded up very fast and we're on our way never one time was enough super professional and super nice and went above and beyond the call of duty this day and age not many people care about others about others even after it was unloaded and he could go he makes sure the tire shop had me taking care of and still continue to interact with a good way with my son that will be the only towing company I ever use going for and I will be requesting him every time ask for Shane truck 13 your bad situation or turn better just like mine did thank you so much”
