“I own a very rare motorcycle I can’t get parts for, I had a tree fall on it and knock the tail in half, I could ether buy paintless fairings, OR I could buy carbon fiber and have it custom done.
They’ve exceeded my expectations. Very happy with the work.
FYI: this shop is extremely busy and I needed to wait patiently to get this done, the price wasn’t the worst in town but the results are perfect, be patient, can’t recommend this place enough.”

“I was in town for work with my '99 F-550 7.3 and was having a slow crank that would at times show itself with very long (multiple, 10 second tries) and at other times just a 3 second slow crank. Even once, it clicked but would not crank at all.The owner saw me first thing in the morning to get me a diagnostic since it's my work truck - even though he was booked. After hooking me up, looking at data, starting, etc., he looked at me and said, "Definitely a starter.".Since I could replace the starter myself, he said,"No worries...happy to help."....amazing!And, he was right.Even though i had put a remanufactured starter from Autozone AND a Ford OEM starter in within the past year, I purchased a new - not remanufactured starter - and it quickly cranked right up!I had taken it to two other mechanics trying to diagnose what I thought was a slow crank...and both said that nothing was wrong, but did replace other things...”
“If you’re going to go to any body shop in Franklin, go here. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, and Dickie is honestly the best! I am so grateful for how friendly and dedicated these guys were to getting my car done in time for my memorial weekend trip. I was an unfortunate victim to a pothole that did some nasty damage to my car. They were super considerate, especially when ordering parts to ensure the total wasn’t too pricy. If I ever need a fix again, I would go here without hesitation. Other body shops didn’t even bother trying to fit me in their schedule, but Franklin Body Shop took on the job without hesitation. They also put down paper in my car floor to keep it from getting dirty during repairs, which I appreciate as someone with tan interior haha. 10000/10 would definitely go again if I had to!”
“I’ve had positive experiences with Advanced Auto in Atlanta. I’ve moved to Western NC and visited the Franklin,NC location. The store manager, DeShawn (sp?) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He checked my battery (not in good shape). He walked me thru the battery options with the associated benefits and then installed my battery and off I went. The transaction took about 15 minutes. I’ll be back.”
