“I was 530 miles from home(central Florida)and they got me in the very next morning at 11:00AM.Problem was diagnosed as a bad coil pack and they had me back on the road and car running good by 1:00 PM.Was charged a fair price and Johnny & Becky were very nice folks and knowledgeable.I am up here on occasion and now I know where to take my car if there is a mechanical problem.I highly recommend them!”

“My Soul broke down just a few minutes into the Tail of the Dragon, coming from the store/Deal's Gap. Cell service doesn't exist, so I had to connect to a satellite to initiate roadside assistance with AAA. Even though I had to wait about 90 minutes due to the area, Dale showed up and had my car loaded up quickly and safely.
It was then over an hour to the nearest Kia dealer, but Dale provided some decent conversation and insight about the area we were in. Once he got my car unloaded at the dealer, he then ran me down the road to McGhee Tyson airport so I could rent a vehicle so I could get home, as I still had to drive back to WI (a 10+ hour trip).
The entire process was smooth and I felt such relief knowing I had such a kind, knowledgeable, and easygoing professional to help remove some of the stress the day's earlier events caused me. If you ever need help and you get Dale, breathe easy knowing he's got you covered! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would.”

“I was in town for work with my '99 F-550 7.3 and was having a slow crank that would at times show itself with very long (multiple, 10 second tries) and at other times just a 3 second slow crank. Even once, it clicked but would not crank at all.The owner saw me first thing in the morning to get me a diagnostic since it's my work truck - even though he was booked. After hooking me up, looking at data, starting, etc., he looked at me and said, "Definitely a starter.".Since I could replace the starter myself, he said,"No worries...happy to help."....amazing!And, he was right.Even though i had put a remanufactured starter from Autozone AND a Ford OEM starter in within the past year, I purchased a new - not remanufactured starter - and it quickly cranked right up!I had taken it to two other mechanics trying to diagnose what I thought was a slow crank...and both said that nothing was wrong, but did replace other things...”

“They took excellent care of me today! I was able to get in the same day, and they had me out the door in about 90 minutes with 4 new all-weather tires (installed) for less than online prices without installation! The prices were great—better than what I’d found at Mavis. I went with a mid-range option, and even my fiancé (who knows way more about tires than I do) was impressed with the tread rating.

“Steve (owner) has been one of the nicest person I've ever met. One of those that make you still hope there is still good and honest people in this world. He literally saved our trip back to Florida. We came to Waynesville on Thursday, asked a shop in Asheville to check the brakes on Saturday and they said they were good enough to go back home. We got ready to leave on Tuesday morning and 40mins after going down the hills the brakes started shaking... it was 8am, my husband stops at Superior Auto Services without noticing it was already open. I got off the van and Steve comes out and offers to help us immediately. My 65yr old mom, my 5yr old son and my dog were with us. He not only took care of the van, but also took us to downtown so we could have breakfast while he was working on the van and picked us up once it was ready.Job was done in a timely manner and we were able to get back on the road.
