“The two times ive dealt with these guys were half n half.. i spoke to several guys and so did my boyfriend and they were nice, accommodating and helped us out. They made sure we had an appointment or squeezed us in! The lady however was polar opposite rude and didnt even bother to ask us if we had an appointment and turned us away. Didnt argue or what not. But after that sadly i think ill be using other places to help with tires.. deal with the guys only if possible!”
“I had to get inspections done in a couple of vehicles. He was able to take care of it quickly.. very friendly.. Only thing I will say is.. no appointments needed, but don't get upset if they're closed for lunch .. lunch hours do vary”

“Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything! Had a sensor to computer issue. Took vehicle to a repair shop, they replaced a part/sensor but problem reoccurred. Was told to take vehicle to the dealership. In and out of dealership three times, problem still occurs. At New Life I explained what the vehicle was doing and the previous attempts at repair. David & Tyler listened intently. Tyler suggested a recommendation to get a baseline from the computer.. Tyler explained thoroughly and I agreed. The next day Tyler called and explained what the results were and made a recommendation and estimated cost on repair. Tyler kept me informed on when the part arrived. After repair Tyler kept me informed by explaining how the test drive, computer results, and further troubleshooting went. I will say I was extremely happy with the process, results of repair, and communication involved. As in all businesses "employees with their knowledge, attitude, and communication skills make the difference"!”

“I was in town for work with my '99 F-550 7.3 and was having a slow crank that would at times show itself with very long (multiple, 10 second tries) and at other times just a 3 second slow crank. Even once, it clicked but would not crank at all.The owner saw me first thing in the morning to get me a diagnostic since it's my work truck - even though he was booked. After hooking me up, looking at data, starting, etc., he looked at me and said, "Definitely a starter.".Since I could replace the starter myself, he said,"No worries...happy to help."....amazing!And, he was right.Even though i had put a remanufactured starter from Autozone AND a Ford OEM starter in within the past year, I purchased a new - not remanufactured starter - and it quickly cranked right up!I had taken it to two other mechanics trying to diagnose what I thought was a slow crank...and both said that nothing was wrong, but did replace other things...”
