“My Soul broke down just a few minutes into the Tail of the Dragon, coming from the store/Deal's Gap. Cell service doesn't exist, so I had to connect to a satellite to initiate roadside assistance with AAA. Even though I had to wait about 90 minutes due to the area, Dale showed up and had my car loaded up quickly and safely.
It was then over an hour to the nearest Kia dealer, but Dale provided some decent conversation and insight about the area we were in. Once he got my car unloaded at the dealer, he then ran me down the road to McGhee Tyson airport so I could rent a vehicle so I could get home, as I still had to drive back to WI (a 10+ hour trip).
The entire process was smooth and I felt such relief knowing I had such a kind, knowledgeable, and easygoing professional to help remove some of the stress the day's earlier events caused me. If you ever need help and you get Dale, breathe easy knowing he's got you covered! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would.”
“We were very pleased with the body work done on our 1998 Jeep Wrangler Sahara and highly recommend them. It is back to looking great! Dan was very helpful, professional and provided periodic updates. We received the reasonable quote quickly and the work was finished within two weeks. We also appreciated the fact that they were cost conscience and verified the most cost effective solution with their very experienced technician. Thank you Dan and Nathan's!”
“I highly recommend Ridgecrest for all automotive needs. Very reasonable and the best staff in the business. Honestly feels like family. They really care and try to work with you .”
“If you’re going to go to any body shop in Franklin, go here. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, and Dickie is honestly the best! I am so grateful for how friendly and dedicated these guys were to getting my car done in time for my memorial weekend trip. I was an unfortunate victim to a pothole that did some nasty damage to my car. They were super considerate, especially when ordering parts to ensure the total wasn’t too pricy. If I ever need a fix again, I would go here without hesitation. Other body shops didn’t even bother trying to fit me in their schedule, but Franklin Body Shop took on the job without hesitation. They also put down paper in my car floor to keep it from getting dirty during repairs, which I appreciate as someone with tan interior haha. 10000/10 would definitely go again if I had to!”
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! GREAT WORK and GREAT SERVICE!! I have been to this body shop countless times for body work, paint jobs and ceramic coatings and have never once had a complaint. 5 STAR All around!Services: Painting”
“Everyone brings up the exit for the church... Honestly the exit of the church has nothing to do with their business they do fabulous work not only for the people of Franklin but for the community as a whole”
