I've had a sliding door backordered through Lowes for some time-another supply issue. Finally arrived and yesterday ran into some issues getting that one and the stock doors delivered. Lowes listened to my complaining, heard me and two of their guys brought the doors first thing this morning! Now for the installation stage!... read full comment

I have had many bad experiences at Lowes.. the customers help me more than employees.. I ended up writing better business at one point and they set Lowes straight.. not a good place to go for service. but that's all we have and they know it.
