“Late Saturday afternoon I need a old water heater element. We had went to Ace in Robbinsville and found out they didn't have what I needed so I googled the part I needed it show Appalachian Ace has the part . So I call to confirm then made the trek from Robbinsville to Franklin to find they were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely do business with them again”

“We are local and goes to this Lowe’s several times a week, the only reason I am writing a 5 star review is because of the service we received today with Paul in flooring. Our dog had an incident and in order for him to recover we have to place pieces of carpet around our home. We called ahead and by the time we got there he had what we requested ready and showed us additional options for what we described. During a stressful time, he delivered the best customer experience I’ve ever had at this Lowe’s and we’ve probably made several hundred visits.”
“I have used store 717, Franklin NC, for 3 years since being a part time resident. The state is friendly and well stocked. I was there on 8/3/23 and was having difficulty finding an item. Department supervisor, Maureen (tools & hardware) asked if i needed help and escorted me to inside garden to find a scrub brush that we couldn't find. She spotted some in topstock and brought a machine to bring them down. It may not sound like a lot, but her help was instrumental in helping with my project. Many thanks to her and Lowes .”

“This was my first time to Harbor Freight in Franklin, NC and it will NOT be my last! They have every tool known to mankind, and few others that have yet be be discovered! If these guys don't have the tool you need, you can't possibly need it! Helpful Staff all over the store to help find exactly what you want. This place is amazing!”
