This place has been nothing but a headache and has costed me thousands of dollars. !!! And I am still locked out of my unit!!! I have a 14 year old dog that has to have her heart medication that just so happens to be in that storage unit that they won't unlock!!

I called to rent a second unit, Jennifer was a joy to work with. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She was able to complete my request in a very timely manner. The facility is easy to access and very clean. I would recommend this company for storage needs.

I just rented 4 units from a lady named Stephanie. She has been a treasure to work with. She clearly explained things to me. She was patient taking the time and assistance I needed. She was a joy to work with and Storage Depot has a winner with her.

The Storage Depot is awesome with a great facility, provided you can find it. The number you call on the website sends you to the WRONG address! Once you call the number on the door which sends you to the local maintenance guy, whom is most helpful, he gives you the correct address and instructions on how to get into the building you're needing to access. The website is all screwed up!

Paid for the building on 4 days ago and we keep being told there’s no gate to the building but there’s a locked gate with zero access to the units. No pin pad to the chain link fence with a master key lock. Super annoyed we spent hundreds and still can’t access it. Customer service isn’t helpful and the local manager Linda is nowhere to be found and won’t answer or contact anyone back. Do not recommend and will be getting a refund if we aren’t contacted today.
