“Was passing through Franklin and decided to google thrift stores and I am glad I did. This is probably the most organized, cleanest, well priced thrift store I’ve ever shopped in.
Also super friendly staff.”

“This store is well stocked with an array of items. From clothing to knick knacks, furniture & appliances, even building supplies! You can find just about anything you're looking for here. The prices on some things are somewhat high which is why I couldn't give 5 stars. Stop in often as their stock changes frequently!”

“Not only is this a clean thrift that beautifully displays its merchandise, but also the proceeds benefit the Humane Society. Their prices are reasonable and as affordable as you would expect from a thrift. We visited on a Saturday and this thrift closed at 5:00 as did many others in the Franklin area. One of my daughter's granddaughters has asked that her 7th bd party be a Halloween party. So my daughter was thrilled that Halloween items were 50% off. I think she about cleaned them out! LOL. Ceramic items were also on sale, and I found 2 beautiful vases, one Japanese and the other Chinese. You should add the Humane Society to your shops to visit.”

“I decided to take the time to commend our local Franklin, NC Goodwill on the vast improvements that have been taking place there recently.
I don’t really know exactly when these changes began but I have been noticing over time. Not sure if it is due to a change in ownership or management… but the transformation is remarkable.

I shopped there today and was so impressed by the organization and interior design changes. But the cherry on the top was when I used the dressing room.

The dressing rooms of old were places that I used to cringe to have to use. The mirrors were so smudged and dirty it was difficult to even see one’s reflection. The floors were always filthy making it disgusting to have sometimes touch bare feet or stockings to them. And there was usually left inside in a huge mess clothes that had been previously tried on by others.

But today what I found was wonderful. Very professional and sparkling clean mirrors and floor. I really so much appreciate that.

I have also noticed on the last couple of visits that the employees are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Yesterday afternoon it was a woman who was so pleasant to overhear her interactions with customers. I so wish now that I was sure of her name. It may have been Kathy. It was Tuesday 5-19-26 about 3pm. I had bought some glass cups and she carefully wrapped each one for me as I went out to my car to find a container to carry them in.

And today (5/20) the person I would like to mention was Barry who was working at the register when I checked out, but I had also been aware of him multitasking all around the store during my time there. He was just so personable, friendly and helpful. He let me in to the dressing room making sure it wasn’t being used and made sure that no items remained in there from the previous customer. So thanks to all those involved with making our Franklin Goodwill a welcome and enjoyable place to shop. ??????????”
