This is the absolute best UPS store! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and FAST. Even if I have to wait in line, when I'm finished, I find that I want to stay longer --- just because they're so nice. We're lucky to have such a well run store in Franklin. Kathy

Staff is amazing! This place is always packed with a line out the door. But every team member I see is friendly and working a quickly as they can to get everyone in. Even with 5-6 other people in front of me, I'm never there more than 15 minutes. Amazing staff work!
