“I was very skeptical of dealing with a body shop that was contracted with the insurance company but after listening to everything that I had to do myself (take photos, bank info, submitting estimates and any supplement estimates and it having to be approved), my head was exploding. I decided after reading the reviews, that I would try CarStar on Hwy 301, Wilson. When I got there, I found out that I didn’t have to do anything, not even take a picture and they could get to it that day. I called my insurance company and they had my car towed and CarStar kept me updated all the way through the whole process. When I picked my car up, the work was awesome. The whole staff were so kind and when you are inconvenienced without the use of your vehicle, kindness and super customer service is much needed. CarStar excelled in this. “So where do I start? I went to four different parts stores trying to cross reference a thermostat for my John Deere tractor. Well, no luck came home and thought to myself I wish Melissa was still working in Pittsboro store and then I finally figured out that she was working at Pikeville store immediately got in touch with her. I didn’t even give her the part number. I told her what it was for two seconds she had cross reference the part. I really wish they had one of her in each store very knowledgeable very professional and nice. Thank you for your help”
