“never a problem with this company especially this store all the staff members acknowledge you as soon as you enter and even if they are with a current customer they will still take the time to welcome you and let you know you will be helped as soon as someone is available. I also feel seriously strongly about the supreme quality of knowledge and understanding of whatever I have asked about if I dont know the correct terminology for the engine part or description. They are extremely patient with all patrons.”

“Was having issues with Onan 4000 generator on my Jayco fifth wheel RV. It would quit running after a few minutes. Took it to Cummins in Kenly NC. Spoke with Jay in service dept. He had Mike checked unit out, and determined that carburetor was defective. A new carburetor was installed, unit serviced and generator works perfectly. I appreciate the service I received at this Cummins Service location. My thanks to Jay and Mike.”
