“The ladies are always super helpful and address you by name with a smile. I don’t get all the bad reviews. Truist in general sucks as a bank but it’s not these ladies fault. The company overall cares little about the customer anymore and more about protecting themselves. This is the only branch I’ll go to in Wayne County as a matter of fact. If you want terrible service with smug attitude why don’t you visit your local Goldsboro branch off William Street. Then you’ll see terrible customer service in action.”
