“I recently visited FCB on Ash St. in Goldsboro. I faced a decision on transferring funds to a competitive bank for a more favorable interest rate. “They need more tellers for the amount of business they do. I stood in line for forty minutes. It was a Saturday and the first of the month. Tellers we're very friendly and worked at a steady pace they just needed another teller at the window and one more at the desk. I've never been in the drive threw or inside and been helped without having to wait at least 10 minutes.”
