“I had a pleasant experience this past Friday at this location. When I walked in I was greeted promptly with friendly smiles. The whole interaction was professional and I did not feel rushed when I had questions. The associate that helped me Dana I think is her name was able to give me very helpful information and made the process of opening my account smooth.”

“Hello, I’d like to say how awesome my experience was with Austin today at the Wayne Memorial SECU branch. The branch was understaffed but Austin got to me as quickly as possible. He was very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. He stayed late to make sure everything I need was taken care of. He had great customer service and made sure I could get everything taken care of in one visit. Thank you!”

“The ladies are always super helpful and address you by name with a smile. I don’t get all the bad reviews. Truist in general sucks as a bank but it’s not these ladies fault. The company overall cares little about the customer anymore and more about protecting themselves. This is the only branch I’ll go to in Wayne County as a matter of fact. If you want terrible service with smug attitude why don’t you visit your local Goldsboro branch off William Street. Then you’ll see terrible customer service in action.”
