Karim was excellent! I found a car I was interested in. He was very nice and knowledgeable. We filled out the paperwork for a test drive, and I was off. A&A had a nice selection of cars for my needs. I highly recommend them!

Had the car they said they did. Had the carfax to prove unit was wreck free and all service records. Admit fees were fair. Also work on the price with me. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic car buying experience. The owner not only suggested I have my personal mechanic check out auto but accompanied me there. He insured me transport to dealership. He did not pressure me to buy the auto even suggested that I think about it overnight.Great people to work with. I got a great deal on purchase. I got a Great Bang for my bucks!!!!!

I had an awesome experience with A&A Auto Sales and the salesman Karim! He helped me to choose an excellent first vehicle for my sons! It usually takes me awhile to finalize my decisions, but the this car was such an excellent choice with low miles and price. Karim answered all my questions and made sure that I was happy with my decision. He’s a very laid back guy and is not just trying to sell a car. He makes sure the vehicle is a great fit. We have had the car for two months now and it drives excellent, no problems! I will go there again for next purchase.

I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus from this dealership on 07/09/2022 from Karim Gomez. I took the car for a 30 minute test drive, made sure it had a clean Carfax history, and specifically asked Mr. Gomez if the car had any mechanical problems or had anything wrong with it that I should know about...as one might expect, Mr. Gomez said he did not know of any issues. I drove the car home where it sat for 10 days until my girlfriend moved in and needed it for work - upon driving the first 25 minutes of a 40 minute drive the car gave her a "Transmission Hot Wait 5 mins" which she did and then a few minutes later it said "Transmission Overheating Stop Safely". To make a long story short the transmission in the car was defective. Mr. Gomez sold me an extended warranty from CARS Protection Plus and highlighted in marker that it covered engine, transmission, drive axles. After returning to the dealer to speak with owner/manager Andres Arias I requested that he take the car back and return my $9500 or give me a car of equal value that actually works. Mr. Arias said he would not do this and that I should go through the warranty company. He went further by yelling at my girlfriend and I for suggesting he was a fraudster, scammer, thief (I'll let the reader determine that) and that he knew nothing about the problem with the transmission. WRONG! All 2010-2017 Ford Focus models are part of a class action lawsuit because all of the transmissions were defective! Mr. Arias and Mr. Gomez are in the business of selling cars...do you really think he did know this about the car he sold me? You decide. The CARS Protection Plus extended warranty people told my mechanic that if he took out the transmission (which they required him to do to determine problem) and it was determined that the problem was the dual clutch then the repair would not be covered!!! The whole reason the transmission is defective is because of the dual clutch! So Andres Arias, Karim Gomez, and A&A Auto Sales not only knowingly sold me a defective lemon of a car but they also suggested I purchase the extended warranty (which I did) to cover the TRANMISSION, POWERTRAIN...so they DOUBLE SCAMMED ME.I tried to reason with Mr. Arias explaining that I now owned a car that I was borrowing $9500 for and hadn't even driven the car 50 miles and it is totally broken. I explained (with my girlfriend present) that she needed the car to commute to work and had just immigrated to the country and this would be her first vehicle... Mr. Arias has no shame. He started yelling at us and making us uncomfortable because I was telling him to his face that what he did was wrong, unethical, shameful...that I was trying to support a local Fuquay business because I live in the town, that he should work with us to fix the problem. HE did NOTHING.I filed a complaint with the NC Attorney General, am in the process of submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, Town of Fuquay, Facebook, Nextdoor, Yelp and obtaining legal counsel.I'm sure that Mr. Arias will respond to this terrible but accurate review by reframing the problem in some sugar coated way, or he will weave a web of lies so that you, DEAR BUYER, will think I am just a crazy unhinged customer blowing everything out of proportion...but if you decide that...that's on you friend.A&A Auto Sales, where your dream of purchasing a reliable used car is just that...A DREAM!!

Took the car I looked at for a pre-purchase inspection and glad I did. The tires were from 2008!! They all had cracks and dry rot, one tire had a NAIL in it. The oil pan was leaking, the car had been broken into at some point and they tried to hide it (and a bunch of other nicks and scratches) with paint, it failed the battery check, the windshield wipers did not pass inspection, a hubcap was cracked (which I noticed), all sorts of stuff. The mechanic said they legally could not sell it to me in that condition.When I confronted the guy (forgot to ask his name) and listed all these problems, he just says "...so it needs new tires."I said "uh and a bunch of other stuff"And he blows me off and goes "well it passed inspection last month."Um it SHOULDN'T HAVE?! If I'd taken it on a highway a tire would have blown.It was also overpriced and he said he would not come down on the price even after all that (which I understand how the market is right now, but even considering that, the car was just not worth that amount).The worst part of all of this was being blown after they clearly tried to hide things. Incredibly shady. I gotta say, they did a good job cleaning it up and making the inside look nice. I thought it seemed great until that inspection.And this is kind of a small thing, but my boyfriend saw a sign that said they charge a 3.5% fee for using a card. For reference, the car I was looking at was $10k, so that convenience fee would have been $350.To summarize, do not trust this place. This visit took place on 5/19/22Edit: found his card, his name was Karim Gomez

The customer service was perfect! The dealer was friendly and helpful, the environment was laid back and non-stressful. Made car buying easy with fair prices. Very helpful in getting a loan approved with great affordable rates! Had an all around great experience with this place and Mr. Karim; so glad I decided to go there on a whim
