It’s been a year since I put in two labour complaints at the store #1233, and it still hasn’t been resolved. When I went to check the balance of my account, I paid half the balance then I waited two day for my account to update, and asked them for the new balance. It wasn’t making sense so I talked to the manager and said it was because a couple of receipts weren’t submitted. I asked why wasn’t I notified that receipts were missing when I paid. After that the person in charge of the commercial account gave the order to freeze the account and said to put the orders on credit until I paid again. I don’t understand when I called customer service they said I didn't have any problems with the account. How is it possible that they don’t fix the problems and still do this. There is no organization and constantly have problems.

Went in and asked the Mexican guy behind the counter to look up splash guard bolts for my car and he just stood there and said there is a bunch of them over in the isle and the best thing you can do is bring one with you to match it. He was rude and didn't want to help me with anything. What happened to customer service, I will just take my business down the street to auto zone.

Had to get my key fob battery replaced. Thaddeus & Jaden were so helpful and patient to ensure they could properly remove my battery without causing damage to my fob due to it being a foreign car & expensive to replace. Good experience and will be back for future automotive items.

I had the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. I initially went to the competition but left due to the bad customer service. I made the same statement at both stores..."I need an oil change special."The competition: Do you need an oil pan? No, I need the oil and filter. He took a few details about my car. I didn't know my engine size so he said it's probably a V6. You need 5W20 you can go and pick out your oil. I have your filter up here.Your associate: Let me get a few details about your car. When it got to the motor size I didn't know it. He reassured me that it was ok and told me he could look it up so that we got the right stuff for my vehicle. I gave him my plate number and he pulled it up. He then pulls out the circular and shows me all the specials you have for my vehicle. He tells me about each brand and what he normally runs in his car but told me what he thought would be best for my car. Even though the line got long he was patient and answered all of my questions. When I decided what special I wanted he went and grabbed all of the items for me.Thank you to the young man that assisted me. Keep up the great work!

My first choice for auto parts. Prices are competitive and the folks are friendly and knowledgeable. They offer good customer service. My check engine light appeared and they checked the computer code for me at no charge and advised me. They replaced my battery and wiper blades at no additional cost. They save me bucks and I like that.

I stopped because my battery died next door and I knew that I needed a new one. The two workers told me that they couldn't check my battery in the rain. I said that was fine; I would just buy one. But then they told me they couldn't install it in the rain and suggested that I go next door to Jiffy Lube to get it done. They did offer to jump my car to go there. I accepted the jump and crossed the street to Auto Zone where the workers there immediately checked my battery(still in the rain) and replaced the faulty one, again still in the rain. Save time and go across the street for better service.
