My experience at Aspen Dental was a very good one.. The space is very clean from the bathroom and throughout the facility. The staff is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental as a place to visit fior your dental needs.

A snafu at another dental office I had started going to led me to Aspen and it was a blessing in disguise! Everyone here was sooooo nice, helpful, and understanding and they just got right to it, gave me the lowdown on what I needed to have done, and made it all happen on short notice because of a bind The other place had put me in! So grateful to this place!

I never even had the opportunity to set foot in the door. I moved from 2.5 hrs away. I am a Motto patient. I just found out today after six weeks of trying to get in contact with the FV office (through an email from the previous office in a different town) that the dentist there “would not accept me as a Motto patient.” They expect me to drive 2.5 hours back to my previous office. The whole reason I moved to F-V was so I didn’t have to drive so far to see drs as I am a transplant patient. They didn’t even call me directly. I know I’m not the only patient to move from out-of-town. Do you do this to everyone?

From the beginning up to now I have had the best experience ever with a dentist. Dr. Mitchell is totally awesome. Not only her but the entire staff has been awesome and I thank each and everyone of you. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Thank you Team ?

I went in as a walk in and the young lady at the front desk was just wonderful. She greeted everyone with a smile and a cheerful hello. Then the young lady that did My x-ray was a hoot. As you know that can sometimes hurt but she wss very gentle. The assistant and the actual dentist both were nice but I feel like they always jump to a root canal. Smh ??♀️ those things are super expensive. They weren't able to help but the people in the office were all nice but the you lady that is suppose to handle the Financials wasn't as friendly as the rest Maybe she was ready to go home..

Dr. Yarger was the most delightful, kind, and personable dentist I have ever personally visited. She also very quickly realized I was asking for something her office doesn’t provide and went above and beyond to explain why she wasn’t the right person and then get me into the office of someone who can. She took her time, answered every question and was the consummate professional. I would absolutely go back and also will recommend her to others!

I had to have dentures. I went to Aspen for my more permanent set after my original somewhere else. I went through 5 sets breaking then they changed to different kind. These have not broke but after a year they still don’t fit. They make sores and hard to eat. I have went for adjustment and fit better but far from right. I usually have so many sores it’s hard to tell at adjustment. Then it takes several weeks to get another adjustment appt. So I have been satisfied with staff as far as when I get there but very unsatisfied with dentures. Also very unsatisfied with time it takes to go back.

Worse place I ever been.Be very careful with hidden charges in services, secretariats are very well trained to charge and steal.I realized how they wanted to manipulate me into having treatment that I didn't need and just to use up all my insurance credit. Places like this are very distrustful. zero empathy.Better to look for local places and not these companies that are only for profit.

I had no dental issues as per my knowledge and I went in for a routine dental checkup. I was recommended deep cleaning and filling. After the procedure I am left with unbearable pain and sensitivity. I had a follow-up to get it addressed but in vain. I'm writing this at midnight after 12 days of my treatment and with lot of pain and sensitivit. They don't understand what is happening and I'm asked to pay out of pocket if I need additional visits. My insurance covers most of my treatment otherwise.

I was a client here for 2 years due to the fact that Aspen was the only one relatively close to me that accepted my insurance and had availability for new patients. I regret that decision.I spent over $2200 on top of insurance for unnecessary dental work. They cracked two of my molars during the cleaning and ignored it. I didn’t realize it until a couple hours later when the numbness wore off. I was diagnosed with periodontal disease and had 4 appointments for periodontal cleanings. I have since switched insurance and dentists. My new dentist confirmed I am no where near periodontal disease.Waste of time and money. Stay clear of this place. They’ll do whatever they can to get your money.

My experience at Aspen Dental was great. Dr Yarger, Nasya, and Kayia where all very sweet ladies and made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend Apen of Fuquay Varina for your dental needs.

I went in yesterday for a tooth extraction appointment. They came back telling me I need over 11k in dental work done. No cleaning but x rays were taken. I am now scheduling an appointment with other dentists, including their garner location. The lady at the other location actually ANSWERED the phone. I told her the Fuquay location was a lot up pressure and upselling. She deeply apologized and I'm getting an extraction tomorrow. Do not go to the Fuquay location.

I am a current patient and have been trying to make a follow-up appointment for 3 days. I'm on hold for a bit, then a recording says no one is available to take my call. What?! I work for a successful company in A/R, but everyone in the company is expected to answer the phone if CSR's are already on the phone. Without customers we would go out of business, so they are our priority. Aspen needs to reassess their procedures, and current employees.
