Had my 4Runner repaired and they did a fantastic job!! Kept me updated every day and returned my car clean as a whistle!! Best of all, they dealt with my insurance and worked with them so all I had to do was pay my deductible. They also got the bug collection off of the front grill that I collect over Jordan Lake every day. I would recommend them to everyone!! Thanks for the awesome and painless service!!

Unfortunately, we are quick to point out poor service and not as quick to praise excellence. My purpose for writing this review is not only to recommend CCC for outstanding quality of work. My daughter got in an accident the day after I gave her a car and two days after she got her license. We went to three other body shops and they were all quoting it above the total loss threshold. CCC was friendly, fast able to fix it under the total loss value. The car actually looks better than it did before the accident and I’m ecstatic with the results. I hope I never have to go through another accident insurance repair, but if I do CCC will be the first place I contact.

The team was knowledgeable, thorough, amiable and professional. They repaired / replaced the damaged bumpers and underlying support elements on our Honda Accord. The paint matches perfectly and the repair is quality stuff.

What a wonderful experience!
Jennifer greeted me like an old friend when I initially walked through the door of Collision Correction and Customs. She listened carefully to my story of woe ( running over a rolling can of spray insulation which had bounced off a pick-up in front of me, and causing it to burst, spraying the contents across the entire driver’s side of my 2018 Hyundai Elantra). After a week of conservatively attempting everything from sanding and buffing to remove the hardened residue, they finally had to resort to repainting the car. Today I picked up my “new” car, unable to tell the difference between the old and highly polished surface on the passenger’s side, to the beautifully blended color on the once-damaged driver’s side!
Thank you, Jennifer, Tony and crew. I so very much appreciate your honest, hard work, professionalism and friendliness!

Lee and team are GREAT! I had some hood damage from a recent storm. They got me in quickly and my Jeep back looking good as new in under 48 hours. I can't speak highly enough about the team there from first consultation to pick up it was top shelf service.

This business does great work. We took our vehicle in due to it being in an accident. They fixed it in less time than quoted and the repair was like having a brand new car again. The employees answer all your questions and communicate with you as to new happenings. I would highly recommend this business if you are ever in an accident. Awesome business!!!!!
