CVS was fabulous! The employees were very helpful and informative. They had exactly what I came in for. Someone is always there to help in the self service line… which can be such a pain… cough cough Walmart. The shelfs are always backed and there are plenty of options at this location. The prices are decent. But you get insane awesome coupons ALL the time. The parking is amazing and they even have a spot for parents with little kids.. which I greatly appreciate!!! There are two entryways into CVS making it easy to enter and exit!

If you are a commercial driver needing a DOT physical done, avoid this place like the plague if you have any problems with blood pressure. I came in simply to get my Blood pressure documented so it would be there for my DOT physical a few days from now. The "professional" on duty acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and basically just gave me every excuse she could come up with to NOT help me. I just need my blood pressure taken and documented for an upcoming physical. That was it. Its actually quite common to do this is your blood pressure is borderline or to avoid just having a bad day the day of the physical appointment. Clinic is very busy, seems under staffed and seems to be generally under trained. DOT physicals can cost a commercial driver their job. The medical "professional" on duty seemed generally dismissive. My blood pressure sky rocketed as I sat for over an hour just trying to get it documented. Complete waste of time. Just g to the fire department if you need it only documented. Physicals are over priced as well. Save yourself time and money. Go somewhere that cares.

Last week I visited the minute clinic inside this CVS and received a basic prescription for a very common antibiotic. My prescription was filled with no issues, the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. This is an extremely busy pharmacy and the wait time was not bad considering the amount of people that were there asking questions and picking up medications. When I got home and started taking my antibiotic I noticed that not all of the pills within the bottle matched the description of the pills listed on the bottle. There were two different types of medications (one was the antibiotic and the other was unknown at the time) in the bottle. Upon further researching this it was believed to be some sort of anxiety pill mixed in with the antibiotic. The pills were identical in shape but not in the numbers and colors on the outside. I took the bottle with the pills back to this CVS and a very, very nice gentleman helped me and stated "Oh yes, this shouldn't have happened. We can get you pills that all match the description on the bottle". When I questioned what the other pill in the bottle was he stated it was a different manufacturer of the antibiotic but wouldn't let me keep it to take the rest, instead offered me new pills for the amount of the prescription I have left. I didn't feel comfortable to argue it more that the time but let this be a warning to everyone who visits this pharmacy...that is a HUGE patient safety risk and you need to CHECK YOUR PILLS in your bottles.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. It does not matter if they are short staffed because they are so unprofessional. My new pharmacy has been trying to get my prescriptions transferred for two weeks. TWO WEEKS. Every time the pharmacist answers at CVS and the pharmacy tech at my new pharmacy says they're calling to transfer prescriptions, CVS pharmacist hangs up. It's absurd. I'm about to be out of a very necessary medication because they can't get their act together. Short staffed or not this is NOT how you behave. The immature and unprofessional staff need to be replaced with people that actually give a hoot.

Pharmacy techs are the rudest people I’ve encountered in a long time. They either refuse to acknowledge your existence when you ask a question or they glare at you and speak as though you’re the dumbest person they’ve ever met. I watched them make a 70plus year old woman cry today. they closed (with no posting anywhere on the premises) at 4:17 today. They argued that my prescription wasn’t ready when I had a message on my phone to come pick it up!This location is losing customers left and right and CVS DOESNT CARE!

My wife and I have been a customers for 17 years. We have spent thousands of dollars at this locations. My wife and I had medical issues over the years. I went in today to not having my medication for my eye sty. No message. Pharmacist just thought I was going to leave. Did not want to help. After an hour I was able to get my doctor to call in another script. Cashier was rude and to be honest I dont think anyone wanted to be there. The in store manager is spineless. I will be taken my businesses to Realo.

Parking lot has dead trees, very large pot holes. Automated pharmacy systems suck compared to Walgrens. Still bad a month later.

I just recently started using CVS again. I had my first prescriptions filled here after a recent doctor's appointment. It took 3 days to fill. I will not be going back for any of my refills. Every time I have had to call them, I have to wait at least 30 minutes or more to get a live person. This place is horrible. I will never go back.

Every review is completely valid. The pharmacy is a joke. This is medication that seriously affects patient lives and the pharmacy is severely understaffed and don't know how to operate to make up for that. It is absurd that they haven't been hiring or accepting new employees because there is no shortage on qualified techs out there to hire. CVS surely makes enough money. It's been this way for almost a year now. Due to my insurance I have to use CVS but I'm about to just transfer everything to the next closest CVS. So inconveniencing but less so than the pharmacy here. So so so so disappointing please do not come here for your meds.

I changed pharmacies because they we slighter cheaper than my old one. Bad idea. This place is a joke. I have been waiting a week to get insulin and I am about out. If something happens to me I hope my family will sue them for not getting my medication ready at a decent time. You can't call them because they will never answer the phone. The line sometimes takes 20 minutes to get through. The longest I have waited to speak to someone took over an hour. Time to change pharmacies so I don't feel worried for my life! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

This one of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to. It took 4 days to process medications. They deny access to care, they don't answer the phone, the drive thru is shut down. The only way to communicate with a pharmacist or a tech is to wait in line half an hour, only to find out that your prescription still isn't ready.

I have ordered my prescription and it is not ready even after three days. I have called multiple times but no one answers the call. Finally, one day i drove to the store it is closed as there is no pharmacist available though i see it as open in google maps. I as a customer, expect minimum communication if there is a delay with my medicine. This is not the first time it is happening to me.Extremely frustrating

The absolutely worst CVS or pharmacy I have ever used. They never have my prescriptions ready as a matter of fact they take weeks to fill prescriptions. They could care less if it's a life-threatening medication.

This place is a dumpster fire. Recently, the pharmacy closes at random hours, and it takes 6-8 business hours to fill a basic anti-biotic. The drive-thru is often closed or ‘broken’, and the staff has absolutely no idea when, or if, a prescription will be ready. I understand staffing can be an issue, but for an essential service and a corporate company, someone within should be able to figure it out. Maybe they should focus less on marketing and more on basic operational standards. We’ve moved to a local pharmacy.

Very hard to get prescriptions filled. Always in process. Dr. Ordered two prescriptions today at10:30 and in process all day. This happened last few times. Forget about getting in touch with them. Going to have to change pharmacy’s.
