“My nieces and I had an EXCELLENT experience at this location. We sadly came about 10 mins to close. We asked if it was okay to come in. Heather welcomed us right in and asked what we needed.
My niece (10) needed help finding her sisters bday gift. Heather helped her easily locate it. She even sold us on some popcorn, haha!
Carly helped my other niece (8) check out. She was really patient as she tried to get her coins from her wallet.
Both super sweet women and just made the experience even better! Heather said to come back and see her. We definitely will!

“What a great customer service experience I had today. After an absolutely poor experience with an employee I asked for a manager and met Christina. Christina was attentive, kind and understanding. “This store closed on March 16, 2025. It has reopened as of June 6, 2025. Furniture is mostly gone replaced with lots of clothes.
Just remember, the name is the same, but an entirely new company owns it now. Very minimal furniture, tons of clothes, new products, some of the old vendors. No more rewards card or military discounts. It's essentially Rose's now (owned now by the people who own Roses).”
