“This is one of the few times where FIVE STARS just isn’t enough to express how great the experience was. I came in with two non-working Traxxas RC vehicles - Otto was able to diagnose the issues and make the repairs on-site as I waited. I thought I needed new batteries but he educated me on how to properly condition my batteries and refreshed my existing ones in store as he worked on the vehicles. Anna was also helpful in explaining some other RC vehicles I was interested in and let me know about all the store activities they have to be able to meet fellow hobbyists in the community. What a great place - RECOMMEND 100%! ⭐”
