Both Joel and Bonnie were sympathetic about my unfortunate experience with the online jeweler and truly cared about me being 100% happy. We decided to remake my engagement ring and wedding band in platinum so that they would last me for years. Joel helped me with the design phase (I was very particular about how I wanted my ring to look & the diamond to be set) and then the rings went into production. Bonnie kept me updated through out the process and let me know when they were ready to be picked up. I am so glad to say MY RINGS ARE STUNNING!
