I would go to this AAMCO 100 times over , the customer service was phenomenal, it took longer than expected for my repair part to come in ( not their fault ) and they kept me in the loop every step of the way . They did an excellent job on my car and it's driving amazingly again ! Thanks guys

I called AAMCO and they were able to see me the same day. They test drove the car, checked the transmission fluid and didn't find anything wrong but noticed there was a software update for the transmission control module. They referred me to a dealer and didn't charge anything. People were friendly, responsive, and informative

The repair of clutch and fly wheel was very good but your mechanic left a greasy foot print on the carpet and finger prints on the passenger seat.I am out of town but when I get back I will bring it in to be cleaned.

We brought my son's 2014 silverado in to get the transmission rebuilt and I was impressed with the level of competence I saw from the people I dealt with. Donna was always pleasant and helpful and Conrad was extremely knowledgeable and competent. When I left the truck there I felt comfortable with who I chose to do the work and they got it done faster then they originally told me. The only reason the review isn't 5 stars is because of the pricing. But prices are terrible everywhere at this point, and you always get what you pay for. Thank you Fuquay-Varina team, my son is a happy boy.

Conrad and Donna were extremely helpful with my Van!!! They understood the importance of taking extra care because it’s not just a van, it’s also my home. Conrad was full of information and very helpful. Donna was as sweet as could be and I would happily return to this AAMCO if I ever needed more transmission help!! ❤️
