They were helpful and knowledgable! I got new tires, an oil change, and windshield wipers. An employee there, Kyle, even offered to help me load a wheelbarrow into my car. He saw me struggling and figured out how to make it fit (had to take it apart). He was so sweet!

I asked for similar oil than last year (showing the previous bill), and they used a very expensive one without telling me ahead. Even with coupons added because I told I was not happy, it is still way more expensive than usually. This is a very bad and not acceptable practice. I will NEVER go their again after many years. Things have changed at this location recently and they now just try to get the maximum of money from you they can.

I'm in town today and had a tire issue. Stopped by NTB where Kyle stopped me in the parking lot to see what i needed. He checked my tire and then looked at the rest. Turned out I needed two tires. He saved me from the second tire having a blow out because I didn't see the cords on the other tire. Had me in and out in 15 minutes!
