Terrible service, workers are inexperienced and without service knowledge, I think they don't want to work. Besides, I wanted to make a portability which requires time and my 8 year old girl needed to go to the bathroom, a woman. Yes a woman, looked at her and said "no bathroom". Terrible, horrible service. Don't recommend.

Is is OK place but I was not impressed with the service, had to wait for someone to even acknowledge we were even there. I am not going the wait long for someone to take my money.

No wait when I arrived first thing in the morning. Employee was helpful but didn't seem too enthusiastic or passionate about his job. No issues this visit, but other times the wait time is crazy.

If I could give a negative star I would. 2 years ago I was told by store manager that I would be given $700 credit on a trade in toward a new phone. However when I got the first bill I was given no credit for the phone. When I called manager about it she denied telling me she said that, and could not do anything about it….now I’m locked into a 2 year contract at a higher rate. Shame on me for not getting manager’s commitment in writing.Fast forward to yesterday! I had a copy of a text message from a customer service representative telling me that I could return a 5G internal unit to “ANY” T-Mobile store. When I take it to the Fuquay Varina store I’m told by an employee Joe that they can’t except it. I asked to speak to a manager. Joe calls Moe the manager, and in the course of our conversation he once agains tells me he can’t take it back, as I did not buy it at the store. I showed him the text I had from Parker the customer service representative and he still told me that made no difference. After further discussion and angry from me, he LAUGHED at me and belittle me for trying to ask him to take the unit. Needless to say, this is the most unprofessional example of customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone. As soon as my contract is up next month I’m done with them. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy! Moe and Joe should find new careers that do not involve dealing with people!!!!

Best experience I’ve ever had with a phone company. The Fuquay-Varina location is the best. Taylor, Fatima and Eduardo made me feel so great, not to mention I was in and out within 20 minutes with a brand new phone! They know what they’re doing, they saved me money and gave me free swag…something I’ve NEVER experienced with any other phone company…ever. Those 3 employees truly deserve a special shout out for their customer service, a rare thing these days and usually never synonymous with cellphone companies. I cannot say enough wonderful things about those 3 employees and I will never go to any other location!

It's a Saturday morning on a minor holiday weekend and they have ONE person working til noon. The service person was great, but management obviously did not plan their scheduleing well at all.

Damarius was super rude. I stop by here today to return my home internet device because my internet wasn't doing great in my area. I spent over an hour in the store trying to return my router and they wouldnt take it back because I didn't have the receipt. They wanted me to go back all the way to my house which is 20 mins away to print out a shipping label and then go to the UPS store which is another 20 mins away from my house just so I can return the router when I am already at the store. It was so ridiculous that I had to get in touch with the T- Mobile corporate support just so I can get help because the people in this store would not want to help me out. I end up taking the router with me to the UPS to drop it off. Super inconvenient. I don't think I'll be going to this location again.

Decides to switch to T-Mobile in November 2022. Our sales associate at this location, also the assistant manager, informed us we could do the keep and switch promotion as well as the port in promotion. She even wrote down specific instruction with our codes for each on how to do them both. Finally, after submitting for both, the keep and switch was denied because they gave us the port in promotion. $200.00 a piece instead of paying off our phones, of course they chose that promotion because it’s nothing in compared to the value of the keep and switch. After speaking with customer service, they apologize for being told wrong but inform me that the promotions are not stackable and the associate at the store should not have given us miss information. Okay, but that does absolutely nothing for us paying off our phones to our old carrier. We switched because of the promotions and now, after being with them for 3 months they say they cannot honor them. 0 out of 10 recommend T-mobile.
