The Learning Experience has been an absolute blessing for our family, especially in our potty training journey with our toddler. This review is a testament to the outstanding care and dedication we've experienced, particularly from two exceptional staff members, Ms. Katie and Ms. Ayleia.The daycare's facilities are clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities for kids. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff.Ms. Katie and Ms. Ayleia have been instrumental in helping our toddler successfully navigate the potty training process. Their patience, expertise, and genuine love for the children are beyond words. They made the experience enjoyable and stress-free for our son. We can't thank them enough for their dedication.We wholeheartedly recommend "The Learning Experience" to any parents seeking a daycare where their children will thrive, learn, and receive the personal attention they deserve. Ms. Katie and Ms. Ayleia, we are incredibly grateful for everything you've done. Thank you!

I can not tell you how overly impressed I am with TLE, from the little field trips they have, pancakes with parents, water play the curriculum is like no other. The teachers are extremely friendly and encouraged my son to use the potty and have so much patients with him and got him potty trained after his first week! Both my boys ask if they get to go to their new school and leave smiling telling me what they did and what they are learning about this week. When you walk in morning or afternoon the Director or asst Director are there greeting you and always acknowledging every parent or child walking through the doors. Hands down wish we started at TLE 9 years ago with our oldest! Thank you TLE of fuquay for giving me peace and my kids happiness when we come to school!

Had the opportunity to work here last week. The facility is clean and very welcoming. The Director and staff were very nice and welcoming from the moment I entered the facility. I had the opportunity to meet the owners throughout the week as they were very interested in getting to know me and my future goals upon graduating from my doctoral program. I also met a region manager on my last day who invited me to come back anytime. The parents were genuinely nice and the students here were fun and eager to come into the center each day. This location sits directly off the highway and in a good location. The Learning Experience is a great place to enroll your children at an early age in my opinion. The curriculum and daily schedule is followed which creates a routine for early learning and development. Overall my experience was great and cannot wait to work here again in the future.

I am NOT happy with The Learning Experience Daycare. For one thing, the management was very rude to me when I tried to explain to them why I have the problem that I have. And another thing is, the management needs to be more professional in how they talk to their employees… countless times I saw other employees or parents leave due to the way the management treated them. This is NOT how you treat your employees OR the parents who come into your daycare and I would NOT EVER recommend a parent or a new employer to start working there, because if they do… they will end up leaving more upset than when they came. The Learning Experience Daycare is NOT a good place to start and take your child or to work there.

Poor management, never there when you need them. Does not take accountability for their mistakes. Always picked my child up to a different teacher with out communication. Very unorganized and rude, claimed they didn’t have corporate number.

Our family loves TLE! We have 2 kids (3 1/2 and 2 years old), and both have been attending since they were 3 months old. Trusting a daycare to take care of your children everyday is a huge deal, so we researched a lot of local daycares before making the decision to enroll our oldest at TLE. We wanted a daycare where we felt the staff and teachers genuinely cared about the wellbeing of our kids. We found that at TLE. Every morning our kids are greeted by name by all staff and teachers, regardless of which class they are in. My oldest is now at an age where we can have conversations about his day, and he is constantly telling us how much fun he has at school. My youngest normally takes off from the lobby to her classroom every morning at drop off (leaving me behind) because she is so excited to be there. Additionally, the curriculum is fantastic. TLE has "characters" dedicated to different subjects (i.e. math, science, language, philanthropy, manners, fitness, etc.). Our family members are always commenting on our kids' manners which we have TLE to thank for that, and I personally love that my kids now request to do yoga at home thanks to "Om the Octupus"! TLE is truly a family, and we are so glad we found them.

We LOVE The Learning Experience - Fuquay Varina! Our son has been with TLE since he was 5 months old and he is now almost 2 years old. Every member of the staff, from the Director, teachers, facility staff, are absolutely incredible.We love to see how much he learns and grows on a daily basis. The director and assistant director work closely with the parents on a regular basis and send out updates via email or TLE app monthly or daily, if needed. The teachers always give updates, request supplies through the app and share pictures of your little one.The communication TLE has with parents is one of the key reasons to consider having your child at this daycare. That and how much all the staff love and nurture every single child.

I had a very bad experience with the management. We were with them for only 4 days. In this short period i noticed that there has been so much miss communication. On jan 12 2022 my daughter and her class mates have been moved to a different classroom, so I got worried and asked the teachers abt it..the new teacher(who was not my daughter’s teacher) said that her teachers got sick and left for the day so they combined two classes.. while leaving I asked the person in the front desk and she told me different story that the toilets were broke and that is the reason they moved the class..The next day while dropping we noticed they are still in the other room but this time I saw my daughter’s teacher so I enquired abt the other day she told me that she was sick so this time i spoke with director asking for the real reason but she was not at-all ready to answer and without listening to us harshly told me that she can’t discuss about teacher’s health when asked abt toilets she ignored and shouted on us saying she can’t discuss children’s health or teacher’s and 4 teachers were off that day being sick. When asked if all is ok then rudely replied that if we are not satisfied with the answer we can take our kids with us, which we did. The director called us that afternoon and said they have decided to terminate our daughter’s classes with them from the same day. They offered very little reason and that too didn’t make much sense and doesn’t warrant termination.Also, the food they are offering is all frozen and they just warm up at site and doesn’t offer much nutrition not sure abt the water intake of the kids..really did not like and do not recommend any other to this daycare.

I called, toured the facility, and met the administration. The staff seem happy and excited to work with the children. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to the director for making me feel welcome!

My son absolutely loves his daycare & all of the staff. He is happy to go every morning & just as happy when I pick him up. he also seems to learn something new, everyday! I never expected to be so comfortable having my child at a daycare, and I’m so very thankful.

We have two children at TLE Fuquay and absolutely love the staff and our family here. All of the staff are phenomenal and you can tell absolutely love the kids. My children have grown and learned so much while here and we are so very appreciative of the love and care the staff provide.

We highly recommend The Learning Experience! They have treated us like family since day one and that makes a huge difference when leaving your little one with someone. Our little one had grown and learned so much because of the teachers and curriculum in place.

I spoke with the manager of this daycare who told me she had two spots available for my boys . She provided me with information about what I would need and the enrollment fee of each child. When arriving to the daycare with my funds ready to pick up my paper work, I was told very rudely by the lady at the front desk that I had not spoken to anyone. When requesting to speak with the manager again I was told she had gone home for the day and would not return. This was at 11AM, now when trying to contact them days later no one was answering the phone after multi attempts. This was the biggest red flag. It was confusing and completely unprofessional. Why give out false information and have working people arrive at your facility under false pretenses and then treat them with disrespect. Shame they are a up and running business.

The new director has been demonizing my kids, several incidents and trying to get them kicked out, It’s ashame to treat 3 yr olds in that manner.Also kids has been sent home with dirty faces and no shoes or pants. Wouldn’t recommend to send your kids here.
