And the manager should be fired I asked for a discount on out of season deer feed he then said ley me check after I waited 10 mins he said only if I signed up for a tsc credit card. Not the way to do business this a predatory for all I'm concerned. ? go to the one in garner they are legit. RUDE RUDE RUDE

Just want to give a huge thanks and shout out to Jason for helping my husband and I. We bought five 4’ by 6’ horse stall mats for our garage gym. Our 4Runner died that day, so we had been driving around all afternoon looking for them in my Camry. We finally found them at this location all the way from Raleigh. They were 15 min to closing and we were all skeptical if they would even fit in my car. I felt bad and told Jason that he didn’t have to help us figure out how to stuff them in there. It was our fault for not coming prepared with a bigger car. He didn’t back down and said he’d help us as long as we could figure it out before they closed. Well it got done, and on time thanks to his help. It was a challenging game of Tetris. Those mats are HEAVY as h*ll and barely bend. Without Jason’s help my husband and I couldn’t have managed to do it by the time they closed. Just my husband and I alone unloading them at home was ROUGH. Whew! The mats are of great quality BTW. Thank you again!

Bought a new lawn tractor from them. Was supposed to be gassed up. NOT!! Then I’ve had a very hard time starting it. Turns out the choke wasn’t set at all. They ought to take the extra 5 minutes to insure the choke is set. ??♂️

Always low stock. Everything in the store is way overpriced. Some small items over double what other stores are selling for.

I don’t think I’m go back to this place it was a cashier with a very rude attitude first of all he didn’t say a word to us when we get to pay, and when we done with the payment I say thank you and he replied back with thank you, it was a white peoples behind us and he say ( hi how are you today) I’m like why my money has the same value we work hard to provide for our family the reason I go there is bc my son have a duck and we what to introduce him to a new food he always eat vegetables, my son asked me why people do this things to our community this is not right, this cashier wearing a brown hat that day?.

They have 2 dog wash stations but they won’t let you use it if someone else is in there. Don’t waste time going there. Another multi station dog washer close by

Rudest cashier I’ve dealt with in a long time. Usually the cashiers are nice and helpful. But ASHLEE decided to ask me why I didn’t just drive to petco when I presented her with a price match. She proceeded to be very annoyed that she had to price match and spend the time to do it. Very unprofessional. I hope she gets some coaching before she drives more customers away.

Bought the Tarter Elite Dog Kennel 10x10x6 and paid a premium price which is fine. This is a top notch dog kennel and I want to add to my existing kennel. Unfortunately Tractor Supply does not sell the 10x6 “Elite” panel with a door separately or a 10x6 plain panel. I called Tarter USA and they said Tractor Supply should be able to sell the panels separately, so they need to get these panels in their inventory or somebody needs to get their story straight.

Every time we go to the Garner store service is terrible . I picked up a bag of triple crown Sr feed for horses. Got home opened the bag full of bugs & clumps of mold . A lot of us are going to use Southern States . Plus they load you and very polite. Y’all need to improve this store sloppy workers & we are in our 70,s no 1 wants to help us load . You can look up our account under cytheia Jensen we used to spend a lot of money there . Sorry done with Tractor Supply

Had an online order at this store that was supposed to be same day delivery. It was never picked up and delivered. I was given the run around by employees of the store as well as spoken to in a very rude manner. I have since canceled my order and will be taken my business else where.

I had the most helpful man at your store yesterday. May 8, 2023. I'm always forgetful of giving people praise for the GREAT help they do at the store I was looking for many things, two of which he helped greatly. He researched the yard bug spray and I brought it home and my husband was very pleased. You also had a wonderful young man (nice to see some young people willing to work). Very pleasant, took the time and overall some of the best employees you may have, I do live in Sanford and had to drive to Holly Springs to get my special dog food at Petmania, on Sunset Lake Road, so I just drive toward SR 401/Main Street and I get to you guys. Well stocked store without looking like a clutter. And, yes, I do know I have "a" store, if you can call it that, in Sanford.JOB WELL DONE!

We ordered 2 items and had them shipped to the store. We received a text the next day. When I went to pick them up only one had come in. Gentleman did not believe we had ordered two. So I had to provide the text to prove I had ordered two. Finally we found the other one was being shipped. When it came in it took us two till we could go pick it up. After the trip to the store we were told it had been sent back. Let just say we will not be ordering from Tractor Supply again.

I am a big fan of tractor supply but this store service is the worst. I waited in line to pay for goods. The lady said it would be best to ring up the items in the back. I drove to the gate but the gate was locked. I went inside two more times. Walked to the back two times and still no one. Also, the app said they had the chainsaw I was wanting in stock. The same lady told me what was on the shelf is what they had. Worse service ever. The lady should have scanned my items and let me pay for the other items. They should have got a store member to unlock the gate. They should have also got someone to see if the chainsaw was in the back. The truth is, the items I needed in the back were heavy and the lady was afraid I was going to ask for help loading them. I needed no help. She was 100% against leaving the front. I shop at this store all the time due to location. But from now on I will go to the Garner store off 42 where the manager is great.

I just had the best experience at your store. The customer service was second to none and I’m so grateful I chose your store to return, exchange my item. No hassle overall 10 experience.. Cheryl and Melissa are both great, knowledgeable, and most of all understanding. My poodle Max and I love our experience. What a great store.
