On a trip to get my wife new eyeglasses with my father-in-law's girlfriend we stopped here for a bite and some smoothies. The cashier was very friendly and we enjoyed some very delicious smoothies, and I had a three cheese chicken dilla, which was very good and melted in my mouth. I enjoyed the blueberry bliss smoothie very much, which was my first smoothie in a while. I will be taking us back here soon. My wife loved her peanut butter smoothie, too.

Ordered a smoothie here this past Friday 1/26 during normal business hours. App charged me no problem. When I got to the business doors were locked. Tried to call no answer. Since then I’ve tried to call several times for a refund and nobody picks up. Extremely aggravating. Use the one just up the road in Holly Springs. That one’s great

The absolute worst Tropical Smoothie ever, I’ve given them multiple chances. They take forever to make the food and then can’t get it right. Today’s issue, I order a Caribbean Jerk Chicken bowl and received a bowl with lettuce, chicken and rice, no sauce whatsoever. There are multiple poor reviews hear where the owner has responded stating they will improve, etc. but clearly this is just lip service.

No consistency. I’m sure it depends on the server who is making your smoothie because I always get the same - chia banana boost with peanut butter. I’m there 1-3 times a week. Either the Holly Springs or the Fuquay location. Today, Fuquay and it was absolutely tasteless! A hint of peanut butter, absolutely no banana taste and it seems they might have forgotten the dates for sweetening because this one was insipid! totally iced. No sweetness. No flavor.Disappointing to say the least. They train these kids but I don’t think the younger generation has a sense of customer service satisfaction . I had to send one back earlier in the week (same location) and the manager said she’s still training the server but the manager went ahead and fixed my order perfectly.

Horrible, they advertise an acai bowl and didn’t have any of the ingredients. Made an online order a week later just to call me and say they didn’t have half of the ingredients to make it and I can come back later today and it should be ready. Waited 3 hours for them to call back and say they finally made it but it was just the açaí base and bananas. 10/10 don’t recommend! Run by a bunch of kids

Food was good when we finally got it. The young adults behind the counter spent 20 mins making nothing and talking with a friend from their "2nd grade class" in the drive thru. Horrible work ethic.

employed by a bunch of kids. walked in for a mobile order and was told they’re waiting on food to be made. i see my drinks and food on the table but they’re too busy talking to their friends walking in and serving them that they let me wait for 20 minutes before i go back and ask if it’s ready. they then forget one of my meals in the bag and act surprised when i said i ordered two meals. employ adults or have some supervision cause this is ridiculous it felt like walking into a high school cafeteria

Ordered through the drive through and they charged me for a Splenda substitute and when I asked the staff I was told that’s the way it is. If I order online through the app there is no charge for the Splenda substitute and was told by the staff that it’s out of their control

After a 10 hour drive home I decided to stop and get a smoothie for my husband, my son and myself. All of our smoothie taste terrible. My husbands wasn’t even mixed all the way and was sucking up chunks of peanut butter. Mine and my sons taste like a hint of the flavor and the rest ice. After spending 20+ dollars on 3 smoothies I am disappointed to say the least. We won’t be making our weekly stop here anymore.

The girl at the drive through window (slender with black or auburn hair in a ponytail) acted as if she didn't want to work or even give me my Military Discount. She definitely didn't have a customer friendly attitude.Then I called the store at 9:04 pm and asked to speak with a manager and the girl that I spoke to told me that she was a manager. I introduced myself and I asked her her name. She asked me why do I need to know her name? I proceeded to tell her why (I was missing my chips) and she abruptly cut me off saying I am the manager how may I help you? She was very rude and refused to provide her name but told me that I could come back and get my chips tomorrow and then she said to me "See how easy that was?!"I ordered my food the night before so what if a different manager is in the cafe the next day and I walked in saying "I didn't get my chips with my order last night but I called and spoke to the manager and she told me to come back and get my chips. The first question that anyone with any kind of good communication skills would ask is "What's the name of the manager that you spoke with?This young girl obviously doesn't know what phone etiquette is neither does she understands the meaning of providing exceptional customer service especially as being a manager. At this time I haven't eaten my food yet so I had no knowledgeable complaints about the taste but I saw that I was missing my chips that was supposed to accompany my Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap without the Bacon which wasn't very satisfying taste wise.The only reason why I didn't indicate that I was highly dissatisfied on my corporate complaint was because of the guy that helped with my order (he is husky with short black hair, glasses). Although it seemed as if he was lost as far as my order was concerned, he came to the window and asked me what I ordered, made the food quickly, and told me to have a Goodnight. He was definitely customer friendly even under stress.Please hire people with customer friendly attitudes and when they don't display them fire them because they will hurt your business.

The worst experience ever!! I've been here 3 days in a row. The first 2 days were fine. I ordered the Detox island green. Today I decided I didn't want something that was going to give the effects from the Detox so I ordered the island green. It was super CHUNKY with ice and super sweet. I wasn't aware that sugar would be add so I asked to just have the Detox island green to replace the super sweet and CHUNKY Island green. She said ok but then wanted me to pay for new one when I literally took 2 CHUNKY sips of the Island green. She said she had to call her manager to ask, upon returning to the window she said her manager said I have to pay for the new one. NOT Happening!! I see why Starbucks has a line around the corner. They have impeccable customer service. If I try a new drink and don't like it they remake it. It's called customer satisfaction. Needless to say I will never return to this establishment and I will continue to make my Smoothies not Chunkies at home. Oh I failed to mention she took the chunky smoothie back through the drive-thru and reblended it to make it less chunky. Red flag for taking the drink I drank out of to reblend. Who does that!? I'm super disgusted!
