We were not customers with Verizon but had been having issues with our provider so made an appointment at the Verizon store in Fuquay. From the moment we walked in we were treated very professionally. Bert walked us through different plan options for our cell phone phones and mobile hotspot. He and Briana were amazing and helped us with all our needs. We are now very happy customers with Verizon thanks to Bert & Briana!! They were both very professional, patient and helpful.

they always have the rudest managers on staff, it seems that you have to be rude and disrespectful to get a manager position at verizon. exactly why i switched to t-mobile

Cannot contact specific store in order to confirm a product is available at the stores near me. This takes what could easily be convenient customer service and pisses all over the concept. Thanks Verizon! Every store number redirects me to an automated assistant, to which has no option to direct me appropriately to the physical stores phone line.

12/23/2023: Great experience upgrading phones on two separate lines. Joshua was helpful as he walked through all the charges and how the monthly bill will increase. Although we were told it would be an hour wait, we did not wait long at all.

Cannot believe this place doesn’t have a direct phone number where you can speak to someone at the store, applied for a job here and was trying check on the status, but can’t get in contact with anyone and the customer service is a joke and is of no help either. Not gonna drive and waste gas and time to hear “we will get back to you in a few days” Can only imagine how bad this irritates customers and how much it pushes business away. Horrible business practice. Just gonna not waste my time with this place.

Waited 10 mins to be added to the que, waited another 10 or so mins and they helped the next person that walked in. This store always has customer service issues, go anywhere else. Long wait times, poor customer attitudes and now this!

Today after being a loyal customer for 20 years was the worst Verizon experience ever. This store has such a “ I could care less about the customer” I ever experienced. I’m currently researching other options. When you spend hundreds of dollars a month for multiple devices you would think you could come across caring employees… never again Verizon.

Been a customer here for almost 15 years, and today is officially the last time I will waste my time in this store again. Came in with 30 minutes to close to simply swap some numbers on an account and turn in a trade in they didn't even know what they could do and "probably wouldn't have time" before close. This store used to be awesome but has gone significantly down hill in the last 5 years.

It’s unfortunate that I couldn’t get service with Verizon, as I was starting a new business and needed a phone number for the business. I came to the office and the ‘Business Manger’ wasn’t in but would contact me. I waited 3 days and nothing. I called and finally spoke to someone about business services. I had to email my ID and articles of incorporation, and I did that. Never heard anything from anyone! So here goes another potential customer somewhere else.

We were met at the door with a someone will be with shortly. It was busy so I thought we would be there forever. But as soon as we were about to get comfy in our waiting place an employee came up to help us. Visit was fast and friendly. Traded up on Apple Watches. Great experience.

Verizon is the absolute worst. I've been a customer for over a decade. I am on their plan where you can exchange your phone after you half paid 50% off your existing phone. When I received my new iPhone, I returned my old iPhone in perfect working condition using Verizon's packaging, shipping provider, and prepaid label that came with the new phone. I'm told that the phone arrived at their return center and the glass was shattered. It was not shattered when I packaged the phone up to return, it was in perfect working condition. Verizon refuses to credit my account the value of the returned phone and accused me of shipping back a damaged phone. Again, that's after over a decade of being a Verizon customer for my business with no issues in the past. Verizon should take it up with their shipping provider to collect the insurance money rather than passing the cost down to the customer. If they are unwilling to do that, then they should require all returns be made in the store so someone on their staff can evaluate the condition of the phone in-person. Very simple. I will be looking for a new cell phone service provider ASAP, Verizon has terrible customer service and I have spent well over 5 hours arguing with their atrocious online customer service on their absolutely useless mobile app and website. Trash. Go with T-Mobile, Mint Mobile, or just about anyone else. Heck, send smoke signals if you have to. Whatever you have to do to NOT use Verizon. It doesn't matter how long you've been a customer paying for their way overpriced service, apparently. Plus, their competition (that uses VERIZON'S satellites) is a fraction of the cost for the same plan and way better customer service. Can't wait to kick this company to the curb - I'm off to find a new provider tomorrow.
