I live in Dunn now, this Store had what I needed ,when the Fayetteville Store was out. So I called & they had what I needed so I drove out to this store. And it was buy 1 get 1 half off. So I did that too. Thanks!!

A young lady w/ dark hair and glasses helped me, she was very knowledgeable and very patient and kind. I didn't get her name but she was the best. Helped me choose between brands and actually saved me some money. So she will now be my go to girl for that store.

SLACK EMPLOYEEI’ve been sitting out in front of the store and Fuquay Varina for 10 minutes waiting for it to open and when the employee gets there to open up at about the same time, I patiently wait for her to open at 10 , she’s does not open at 10 am, there’s other people besides me, waiting to come in to purchase vitamins, or whatever. She does not open the store, but pokes her head out the door says she came from a town about two hours away and said it was gonna be five more minutes, so everybody including me leaves, we have been waiting long enough, and when I drove back by five minutes later, she still has not opened and there’s a man standing outside waiting to get in. This is just unacceptable that a person can’t even get to work on time at 10 AM in the morning? Really? So I think I’ll just take my business somewhere else. If this vitamin shop can afford to lose customers because they hire employees that can’t get to work on time then obviously they don’t need my business.

Great employees. However why am I paying 50 cents per bag that I will loose. I pay 100-500$ for supplements and then I can’t even carry it all out the door? GNC does not do this to me. I just don’t get it. Why did you take away the plastic bags. Frustrating.?

Apparent change in management that does not value diversity in customer base and makes stereotypical judgements about if a customer is there to purchase or not. I had shopped at this store for years and always had pleasant results untiltoday. I will never return to this store and will maintain my excellent customer/Vitamin Shoppe experience with the Cary store. I stopped by on November 19, 2022 around 1:20 to get additional supplements since I was in the area. I will visit the store in Cary and will never shop at this location ever again.

This store used to be amazing. When the prior manager Tom left it went downhill dramatically. The staff is not as friendly, helpful or as knowledgeable about the products they sell or where to find them in the store. They rearrange the store frequently, which makes it hard to find items for both customers and staff. I've also gone on two separate occasions, both morning and evening, to find the store closed, contrary to the hours listed on Google and the Vitamin Shoppe website. I used to frequent the store weekly but now try to find items online or elsewhere to avoid the hassle.

Becoming too expensive and too WOKE. Now they dont give you bags of anykind for supplement purchase. Brilliant idea. So I have bottles moving all over the car because they are small and bagless. You know it never ceases to amaze me how foolish retailer's are. I could easily order on Amazon or from a mail order vitamin company and get them cheaper and delivered to my door, but I try to patronize local businesses, but this is the thanks I get: a snobby, self important proclamation that they will not give out any type of bags anymore. Real smart.

Mom was there today, and they tried a bait and switch on an ad for "Buy the second one for 50% off". They switch the product to only give 50% off on the cheapest one. She had to do 5 separate purchases to get the actual discount and was upset. Shame on you Vitamin Store(Response to Vitamin Shoppe added)The only way to fix this is STOP USING DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING

Miss the friendliness and knowledge of former staff and management. Current staff does their job but they don’t appear to enjoy it or learning about the supplements they sell.

The young lady at the counter was so helpful. She help me find every single vitamin that I needed, and was 100% friendly the entire time, such a gem. I will definitely be coming back just because of her lovely customer service
